I would like to add a field for the responsible party email address
In the guarantor/Patient list, in the selection of responsible party, under relationship field, have a field for Email address.

patient statements
Practice would like to know how many statements were sent to a patient. This would be helpful for billers that don't use the collection module. They would then allow the billers to write off these uncollectable balances.

Tracking the Waitlist
Currently we cannot track when a patient is added/removed from the waitlist. Please include the details in the Appt log, the same as when you log reschedule/cancel ETC.

Automatic or Mass Patient Grouping/Tagging by Critera
In MicroMD PM, can there be functions available to categorize accounts or categorize patients into groups based on demographic and financial data, with the capability to swiftly query said groups.
FQHCs receive grants and donations for patient care that have stipulations and requirements for eligibility. I would appreciate a method for patient-facing staff to accurately identify eligible patients for grant programs. This can be done via a lookup tool, an alert in the chart, or tags/group shown within the patient details.

EB Rules to include NDC
We need the Rule Manager to be able to identify if the NDC is missing so we can mark the claim INVALID and one can be entered before sending it to EDI solutions.

Missed Appointment Feature
Most practices have a missed appointment policy. We would like to have a way to setup the system to help with the process.
Here is our policy: If a patient has 3 missed appts in a 12month span they are not allowed to book appts for the next 12 months however they can be seen as a walkin.It would be great if the system could automatically block appts for us or provide us a list of the "offenders" so we can block them. We would need a report by date to unblock after the suspended time is up.

Multiple patient
Open more than one patient window in the PM. Our front staff will often have to exit the patient window when they answer a call or check in another patient and then they have to start over and re-enter the information.

Open Multiple attachments simultaneously
Allow multiple attachments to be opened at once so that doctors can compare old and new results without closing out each time or having to print one of them. This is also useful for admin staff and chart reviews.

QR codes on statements and bills
Ability to attach a QR code to statements and/or bills that would be linked to online payment portal. Due to COVID many people are now used to using QR codes especially for paying bills. Many other billing services are including the code on their bills in order to help their customers quickly find the secure payment portal. This is the future of bill pay. The QR code would be set by the practice and there could be an option to include it when the statement print options pop up.

Print Statement in Charges/Payments doesn't defaults the printer to what is in Billing Options
Currently, the Print Statements option in Charges/Payment does not default to the envelope type in Billing Options. Either make that field to be the same as what is in the Billing Options, or add a field to Billing Preferences to default a printer for printing statements in Charges/Payments.

DOB Billing Inquiry
Client has asked that the patient DOB be included in Billing Inquiry.

Double Click Referring/PCP/Plan ID to View their Details
Within the Patient Detail, I would like to have the ability to double click the Referring/PCP/Plan ID fields to view their details (ie contact numbers, address, NPI, Payer ID, etc) versus going to these individual fields in Maintenance and performing a search.

last patient payment
Practice would like adjustments to the Patient Detail Screen for the Patient Last Payment. They would like to see the payment made to any sequence listed in this field. Currently it only shows the last payment of the most recent sequence.

Add Bi-weekly Income option
Add to the dropdown the option to select "Bi-Weekly" income in the Patient Profile Detail tab

Add alert to appointment classification
Add alert on appointment classifications so that when that class is used, the alert comes up. For example, on new pt appointment the message will say to mail paperwork. Another example would be if one classification is entered to remind user to schedule another type of appointment for the patient as well.

Strip 2310C as an option on plans
Need a way to strip 2310C from a claim. If the billng provider and the service facility NPI's are the same, claim will reject for redundant NPI on the claim which is against ANSI guidelines. It would be nice to have this functionality on the ID's tab of the plan. Thank you.

Add ability to Hide Inactive Practies
Ability to inactivate a practice so it doesn't show up in the list of practices to choose from. Would require the ability to reactivate if you needed to get back into it. Billing services that lose a practice have to search through a long list sometimes to find the one they want to work in. I have a billing service that has 81 practices in the list where only 29 of them are active. It's a pain scrolling thru the list to find the right practice you want to change to.

insurance line is white on light blue and is difficult to see
when opening charges and payments and selecting new the insurance shows up on the top of the posting screen in light blue and white. Client is complaining that it is hard to see.
