An error occurred while saving the comment In Version 14 an addition of a change history to the billing prep was added for audits of the bill builder window these can be accessed from the billing preparation area for a specific encounter. see ver 14 update guide page 2.3 Added a New audit feature to the billing preparation.

Currently you can run the report and save rows as a spreadsheet and do your calculation. Another option would be to submit to sales a request for a eSERVICE: MicroMD Custom Reporting for practices specific need.

Thank You for your suggestion, the result report would be attached as a procedure test result just as a procedure would be ordered using the procedure order. If you need assistance where or how the test results are used please contact your software support representative. The phone messages have an indicator of a red ! next to them when the urgent priority is selected in the header of the msg.

The Portal button in the chart can open the setup window to see the portal user name. Access to the password is done from the portal administration where the current password reset for the portal resides. The EMR does not receive updates to the passwords after the initial setup so having the initial password which may have already been changed could be confusing.
An error occurred while saving the comment Currently there is not a print out for patient security reasons, an email goes out to the patient with the information from the portal. The password is not shown again for two reasons patient privacy/ security and after the first time a patient signs onto the portal they are asked to verify themselves and change the password so the temporary password within MicroMd would not be valid any longer. If the user forgets their password the portal login screen has means to reset it with patient verifications. The practice can open the signup screen again from the chart for the patient login name only however from the practices portal access a practices portal admin can reset a patient password.
To the right of the name in the clipboard there is a icon to selection to edit note to add comments. Wonder why you wish to print the clipboard list and what information would print on such a list.
