  2. Allow Locking of an open Daysheet so that no one else can post/edit open Daysheet

    Practices often need to leave an old Daysheet open so that they can review and verify everything is correct before closing the Daysheet. Unfortunately this means that another biller might accidentally post to that open Daysheet. A nice enhancement would be to allow a billing manager to finalize or lock a Daysheet but not actually erase it - so only security authorized billers can post to a locked or finalized Daysheet.   3. Add 'zero payment quick button' to quickly post zero payment All line items on a claim.

    Have a quick button in Payment Posting screen that allows the user to either Set ALL rows to zero payment without writing off the balance (in instances where a claim is denied or not paid because there was no coverage).

  4. Copay column in Primary Insurance - (Green) Payment Calculation window

    There should be a Co-payment note field in Payment Calculations

    Requested Steps to define spec:

    1. Post Payment/Adjustments
    2. Primary Insurance Payment Calculations window pops-up
    3. There should be an extra field for Co-Payment

    Expected Result:
    An extra field for Co-Payment note in Primary Insurance Payment Calculations

    Current Result:

    User has to manually type in a Note for Co-pay

    Impact on Workflow:

    User has to remember to put the Co-pay note in every time and this causes the biller to try to remember to do so. Practice prefers to see this field even though patient has paid their co-pay already.

  5. Allow sequestration posted in a MCR 2ndary payment to go to MORE screen

    When MCR is 2ndary and the payment is auto posted... the sequestration write off information does not get entered into the MORE screen. The payment auto posts fine but every time is gets stopped at PI for CAS error/not being in balance. They do not have the opportunity to correct this because it is an auto posted payment. So they would like to be able to tell the system to automatically populate the MORE screen with sequestration information when MCR is a 2ndary payer.

  6. adjust a payment made to multiple sequences

    I would like there to be a way to adjust a payment that was made on multiple sequences. For example. If a patient owes us under $100 I don't want to send it to collections and I don't want to continue to send a bill every month. I will write off the balance with a specific write off code and then will set the patient status to not be able to make an appointment until the balance is paid off. However, once the patient pays the balance, I have to manually adjust the write off on each sequence. This can…

    Description of Request: Autoposting Report needs column for co-pay. Report should match what is on paper EOB and what is received in the 835 file. Be specific, detailed where and how this function would work and enhance the users experience.

  9. Manual posting of Medicare sequestration

    Request: Allow the Medicare sequestration amount to go to the line level adjustments when payments are manually posted. If not caught, the secondary claim is invalid in the clearinghouse and causes CAS segment errors.

    Impact on Workflow: clean claims, reduction in time spent fixing claims allowing staff to attend to other issues.

  10. SEPARATE AREA FOR UNAPPLIED MONEY

    There should be a separate area to post Unapplied Money which it doesn’t pertain to an actual sequence because customers Pre-collect money for many reasons such as for uncovered procedures, cosmetic procedures, ineligibility or patient just want to have a credit instead of getting a refund.
    When a patient pays and there is no particular date of service, there should be a separate area for this Unapplied Money/Credit, after patient has amount due, user should be able post directly from the Unapplied Money/Credit

  11. Re-order Charges from Pending Charge List

    Need the ability to re-order items that cross from the "pending charges" into the Charges/Payments screen. There are a number of carriers and UDS option that require things to be certain order. This prevents the "pending charges" option from being an effective tool currenlty since you cannot order the item (drag and drop things up and down would be nice) instead of deleting and re-adding.

  13. Add fields COINS and DEDUCT for Secondary Pmt Posting (just like primary)

    Allowing billers to indicate what part of secondary is COINS/COPAY/DEDUCT gives patients better details on their patient statements and helps the practice to avoid phone calls to explain how the money was allocated and why the patient owes. With change to the industry this feature is more important now than ever.

  14. Add ability to be able to set a specific location(s) to automatically write off all charges

    Client would like the ability to be able to set a specific location(s) to automatically write off all charges in the PM when charges are posted to that location. For example, all services that are performed at locations of Soup Kitchen, Homeless Shelter, School etc... need to write off. Currently for these clinics, they can setup multiple slides called homeless, soup kitchen, migrant etc.. and set that slide to slide everything...but that forces the office staff to enter false family income and size (as they don't typically have this information on the patients) and assoc. a plan to the patent…

  16. Sliding Fee discount apply when changing plan set

    When pulling a set of charges from the pending charge window and the plan set is changed from "private insurance" to "sliding fee" plan set, the system will not automatically apply the discount.

    This is a resubmit of an old feature request from 2010. We still continue to have to deal with this issue and adjust when patients call and receive statements they should not have gotten.

  17. Lock out and Alert other users when a person is currently posting pending charges for that patient

    Alert the other user(s) when a user is currently in the Charges window for that patient and lock all other users out from trying to post a duplicate charge. This is going to very helpful for the practices that has multiple billers and for bigger practices, especially an RHC or FQHC practice.

  19. Check out toggle to Charges and Payments

    Now when the checkout toggle is turned on in Appt > General Setup, it auto launches the charge entry window it brings up a new blank window for entry. I would love to see it check the pending charge box for available charges to pull in so we can use the feature.

  20. Update "Triangle/Caution" Warning

    I reported a triangle warning showing but no details of the problem. I was told someone did not properly go through a detailed sequence of clicks in order to remove the warning. So the triangle was left without detail. Regardless of how someone opens up a sequence and makes corrections to the details, scrub the sequence and update the "triangle". It is very hard to work on issues when we have phantom warnings.

    "The software only goes through the Code Scrubbing logic on the Edit Claim window, not on the Charge entry window."
