  1. QR codes on statements and bills

    Ability to attach a QR code to statements and/or bills that would be linked to online payment portal. Due to COVID many people are now used to using QR codes especially for paying bills. Many other billing services are including the code on their bills in order to help their customers quickly find the secure payment portal. This is the future of bill pay. The QR code would be set by the practice and there could be an option to include it when the statement print options pop up.

  2. Print Statement in Charges/Payments doesn't defaults the printer to what is in Billing Options

    Currently, the Print Statements option in Charges/Payment does not default to the envelope type in Billing Options. Either make that field to be the same as what is in the Billing Options, or add a field to Billing Preferences to default a printer for printing statements in Charges/Payments.

  4. insurance line is white on light blue and is difficult to see

    when opening charges and payments and selecting new the insurance shows up on the top of the posting screen in light blue and white. Client is complaining that it is hard to see.

    Pending charges window - allow the user to set a default sort order or have the system remember the last used sort so user does not have to keep sorting after processing each pending charge.

  6. mail merge

    Is it possible to expand the items available when creating a mail merge charge slip to include the Prior Authorization # that populates on new charges? Located on patient's cases tab.

  7. Allow Service Facility to be associated and defaulted from PM Location

    To streamline charge entry, allow practices to default Service Facility at the Location level for streamlined charge entry. Also allow this information to pass through to the EMR and give billing/emr override ability to edit Service Facility in Bill Builder OR in the PM Charges screen.
