Ever since Word 2007, the file extension .DOC has not been used. However, MicroMD doens't recognize the "newer" .DOCX extension. Since ALL Word documents now have the .DOCX extension, please make MicroMD recognize this Word extension. I have a collection letter with an image on it. It takes a long time to open due to the image. The letter opens almost immediately with the DOCX extension.
