Most practices have a missed appointment policy. We would like to have a way to setup the system to help with the process.
Here is our policy: If a patient has 3 missed appts in a 12month span they are not allowed to book appts for the next 12 months however they can be seen as a walkin.

It would be great if the system could automatically block appts for us or provide us a list of the "offenders" so we can block them. We would need a report by date to unblock after the suspended time is up.
-Not all users need to be able to change the patient appt blocking options.
