  3. inactive providers

    If a provider is not longer an active provider, you should no longer be able to see there name in any other part of the system, other than the maint-provider tab. You should not be able to attach an inactive provider in patient details or chargers. You should not have to navigate through their old schedule setups etc.

  4. Alerting user that day was customized

    When the day is customized, it would be nice if that verbiage was in red. It doesn't draw your eyes to it the way it is now and it's almost washed out due to the background. Or perhaps, making the words bigger and bolder might help instead of red.

  5. Location as option in the Patient Recall Report

    Practice has six locations and several providers. They would like to run the patient recall report by location instead of provider. Exported report to Excel but no provider column exists.

  6. pending charges

    Pending charges window - allow the user to set a default sort order or have the system remember the last used sort so user does not have to keep sorting after processing each pending charge.

  9. Hipaa

    In the patient demographics under the floating tool bar for Hipaa items, it would be great if the order of the items could be the same order as they are under Practice Preferences/Hipaa Categories or even to have them in the order of the ones that are checked for that patient. The reason for this is that in order to see the text in the box you have to click on the item and if your items that are checked for that patient are at the top they would be faster to get to the relevant items or in the…

  10. Task Manager - Messaging - Send to Multiple Users

    When sending a message in the Task Management > Messaging area, you can only send a message to a single user or "ALL" users. It would be beneficial at times for the user to be able to send a message to multiple users at once (similar to how you can send a message to multiple users/groups in the EMR). It does appear that you can send to a group, but this will not always resolve the issue as there may not be a group setup for the particular subset of users.

  12. payor category & insurance set up in PM

    Please see below the first attachment out of PM insurance master module. The CHC payor category for Sliding fee plans are all set to self pay and there is no sliding fee option in the drop down list. Could MicroMD add the sliding fee to the drop down list so we could get more accurate payor information out of the plan procedure history report in PM ? The insuranceclassdescription and policygroupname out of the plan procedure history report does provide insurance information but still not enough.

  13. Mail Merge Field Needed for Attorney name on Superbill/Chargeslip

    This client uses Attorneys for 3rd party billing heavily. They need to see the attorney name on the mail merge chargeslip. The attorneys are populated in the Employer Table with the Third Party Type of "Attorney", but cannot pull this in as a mail merge field. It will only give us employer listed on the patient detail screen. Can we get the attorney name to pull from the cases tab if it is put in?

  14. Reset Patient Accounts if the Pre Collection printing process gets interrupted

    Pre-Collection letters – Can we add a reset status option? If there’s a problem with the printing, then you have to go back through and edit each patient and print the letters again. It would be nice to have the option similar to claim sending option to reset to print.

  16. Improve reporting options for patient wait times/time from arrival to clinical - across Pm and EMR

    Add reporting options to track time from arrival to time routed by clinical team to a room - and from time of arrival to time doctor started encounter or discharged patient. Currently you can view Pm time tracking and EMR time tracking separately but not as it related to both areas - so we lack the visibility to how long patient waited for clinical team or doctor.

  17. PM Ability to schedule reports to run

    Build in the ability to put month end reporting on an automatic schedule for efficiency. Example, user can set up a report queue and have the report queue automatically run in the background and push out to the desired printer (paper or PDF - users choice) to save time.

  18. Ability to send appointment reminders to patient portal from the appointment screen

    Practices are requesting the capability to automatically send appointment reminders about patients to the portal without having to call each patient individually or use any other application to do the same.

  19. insurance report

    I need a report in which I can see patients that have a specific insurance primary AND another specific insurance secondary. For example, I need to contact all of my dual eligible patients and there doesn't appear to be a report for this.

  20. Allow Service Facility to be associated and defaulted from PM Location

    To streamline charge entry, allow practices to default Service Facility at the Location level for streamlined charge entry. Also allow this information to pass through to the EMR and give billing/emr override ability to edit Service Facility in Bill Builder OR in the PM Charges screen.
