While we plan this feature, we are interested in what all things a user would want to 'copy' to a new user when performing that action. Some of them may include but are not limited to:
- Role Permissions
- Group Affiliations
- System/User Settings
- Personal Cliniguides/Templates/Etc.
- UI Customization (Chart Navigator/Desktop Navigator/etc.)
What else are you interested in seeing available when copying a user from an existing?

Review stage this is a duplicate of an existing id 15832.
this data and comments will be added to it for review.Ginnie Ferrer supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Ginnie Ferrer commentedActually, instead of Delete - the ability to Switch Patient Name/Account attached to an unsigned encounter. It is easy to document in the wrong encounter and the only option is to start over. That shouldn't be the case - we need to be able to COPY (to create for a new patient) or EDIT the Encounter attachment to a new patient. And of course, that function should then allow us to or automatically delete from the patient it was created for in error.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ginnie Ferrer commentedI would add that the ability for ALL users with appropriate security could go into EMR as their own user account and select any Desktop Navigator item and have a 'filter' that allows them to 'View as User (where they can select the user or user group to watch/step in for)' to see what the status is on any given item for either a) Supervisory monitoring OR b) Stepping in to assist a user that is busy OR c) Filling in for a user that is out sick or out of office for whatever reason

To add to this, Insurance Credit balances continue to be a problem that can result in patient's not getting a statement for other dates of service they have patient due balance on because the insurance credit balance for another sequence is offsetting the overall account balance. So, allow the practice to set a system of Include Insurance Credit Balances in Patient Total balance or Do Not Include Insurance Credit Balances in Patient Total balance. Currently practices have to move the insurance credit to a 'dummy' account in order for patient's to get statements when they owe money. Tracking using this workaround method is cumbersome and no reporting is available to really help administration and accountants make sense of it.
