Re-assign Desktop Items for "Vacation" purposes
Ability to put a provider/staff on vacation and any alerts that person might have created, reminders, prescriptions etc (all desktop items) automatically be CC to someone covering in their absence. Similiar to user preference reroute function that is in the app, looking for a more automatic option that would set all items at once…including phone messages/mail/attachments/faxes without people having to hunt down stuff.

I would add that the ability for ALL users with appropriate security could go into EMR as their own user account and select any Desktop Navigator item and have a 'filter' that allows them to 'View as User (where they can select the user or user group to watch/step in for)' to see what the status is on any given item for either a) Supervisory monitoring OR b) Stepping in to assist a user that is busy OR c) Filling in for a user that is out sick or out of office for whatever reason

This is a great idea! In addition, general reminders should have the ability to be Re-routed. Currently only appointment, vaccine, medication, and prevention reminders can be rerouted. This doesn't include any UN-categorized reminders.
