Put a setting in the Provider User Preferences to allow the provider to decide WHAT things to print with the Patient Care Plan. Currently the system auto checkmarks all of the boxes and for doctors that don't want Immunization and other things to print with the plan, they have to uncheck each one for every patient. For our client they are unchecking approximately 720 boxes per day because the default is set to check marked and there is no where to change this. For another client, 1 doctor wants the immunization printed and the other does not.

There needs to be an end user setting, at the provider level that allows them to decide (so the checkout desk does not have to think about which doctor the patient saw and what that doctor would want printed with the Care Plan).
