Move faxes to Referrals in item in desktop navigator
Some referrals get sent via fax and end up in the "Faxes - Incoming" section of the desktop navigator instead of "Referrals In" section. Some clients would like a way to move those faxes in the faxes incoming section to the referrals section.

Add option in the CDA edit to provide or not the Enc impression to portal
Add option in the CDA edit to be able to not furnish the "impression/findings" section of an encounter to the patient portal publishing of the CDA. In the encounter note in the EMR, there is a section titled "impression". This is where providers document overall findings from the visit in a free-text format. Sometime information included here may not be something they want the patient to see. Unfortunately, this section of the encounter note is published to the patient portal along with everything else.

Link Assessment and Plan
While creating an encounter:
Add a "Plan" box for each diagnosis in the ASSESSMENT area. It can be similar to the comment box already present in the system. When an encounter report is printed, it needs to print this new field under the PLAN header and show each individual diagnosis and plan typed in the new box.
This should help with any audit asking for a clear link between the provider assessment and plan. Some options like "associated diagnosis" are available in some areas (not provider instructions), however they lack the total solution.

Be able to add order test code in Referral while you are in the encounter
Currently when a referral is added in the encounter, you are able to attach the diagnosis code but you have to click on orders to attach the actual test that you are wanting to order.
I would like to be able to attach the order test to the referral without leaving the encounter.

Allow editing a letter when attachment viewer is open (see screenshot)
(2.) When writing a letter, I have the ability to open the patient monitor from the (3.) "?" in the upper right. If I want to view an attachment (3.) I click on attachments, (4.) open the attachment and DMS view opens. However, if I want to edit the letter I was working on, I have to first close the (4.) attachment view. DMS is still open, and if I want to review multiple attachments while writing my letter, I have to close the (4.) attachment viewer before editing. See screenshot. numbers are noted on screenshot

Add billing prep audits to audit report in reports area
Add billing preparation audit additions to Audit Report options in the reports area. The send to billing button audit is not available in the standard audit report options. This audit would be great in the reports area.

Group Encounter Header needs Service Facility
When creating a group encounter, you cannot set the service facility. This needs to be an available field at the group level.

Lock incoming faxes that another user has open
If a user is filing a fax, the system should lock the fax so that another user can't also open the fax and file it. Currently everyone can open the same fax and file it at the same time.

Encounter - Add Specialist more than 1x
When adding a specialist to the encounter, the system prevents you from adding the same one more than one time. Would like to be able to add the same one more than one time rather than having to duplicate a specialist in the manager to accomplish the task.
The system allows you to do that to procedures but warns you, this would be a good way to handle referrals.2 votes -
Form Template/Encounter Report - Problem
While I understand the Form Template is meant to printout using the "print form" option.....it would help if it could also print all info onto the Encounter Report.
If you use encounter buttons, or medical info buttons on a Form Template, whatever is used there will print on an Encounter Report anyway. However, checkboxes, picklists, labels, textboxes, etc. will not print on the Encounter Report.
Can you come up with a way that the user can have any info on the Form print on the Encounter Report?

Add Batch button to preview window in DMS
Add the batch button to the DMS screen as shown in the image(document view) below to reduce clicks when handling multiple documents that need to be added to a batch basket. each DMS view have it’s own set of buttons and functions? If this right click menu was available in search view, that would be incredible. I’ll submit this to myvoice at some point in time… I just don’t have time to submit everything right now. The perfect functionality would be that this menu would be available in each DMS view, and depending if you click on the page or…

Form Template - Lock Textboxes - No "Freetyping" Allowed
Text boxes are often used in the Form Templates. They can be attached to buttons like Medical Info and Encounter (SOAP). It can be too intuitive for some providers to neglect the button attached to the textbox, and "freetype" in the box instead.
When that happens, it is almost impossible to print what is freetyped in the textbox. The typed portion (non button use) won't print on an Encounter Report and printing the Form may not help either.
Please add a feature when creating form templates to lock textboxes attached to template buttons so that freetyping isn't allowed at all.…

Trigger Rules in Bill Builder Window
Would like for the rules to trigger when editing the Bill Builder window when for procedure codes and diagnosis codes.
Requested Steps to define Spec: In the Bill Builder window, when the wrong code is entered, the rule should be triggered.
Expected Result: For the EMR rules to be triggered in the Bill Builder window.
Impact on Workflow: Inadequate codes are being crossed over to billing. This causes the billing people to have to go to the provider's office and have them fix the issue. It stops the workflow until the billing person gets back to their desk.

Transgender Patients- Add Birth Name Field from Demographics that would display next to legal name when Chart is opened
We have a large population of transgender patients and appreciate all the new menu options. In the Demographic section there will birth names, etc available in ver 13.5, request that these would display next to the legal name when the chart is opened and print on demographic reports- maybe in parenthesis. This is a very common request for trans patients.
8 votesWe currently have planned to display aliases within the PM and EMR for better alignment of this request. This is planned for the end of the year.

Problem List order option
My client asked that we add the feature to sort the Problem List as entered, allowing an up and down arrow for re-ordering as needed. This is a therapy practice that uses the same diagnoses for most all sessions and the provider needs to see the Primary diagnosis at the top followed by secondary and so on with the chronic issues not being treated by the provider near the bottom. If the order option is not feasible perhaps a way to easily notate with number or alpha character beside the problem.

Patient Care Plans to Print/Publish in Spanish
Since many patients are native Spanish-speakers, the Patient Care Plan should be available for printing and publishing from the EMR in English or Spanish depending on the patient's language preference.

Referral status of COMPLETED
There is currently no "Completed" status available in referrals. If we choose "results received" and identify that as our completion notation, we might potentially miss results that were received but not reviewed. Adding a status of Completed would ensure that staff were accountable for ensuring that the referral appointment was kept, results were received and reviewed, patient was notified of results (if needed), and THEN it was complete. Thanks.

Patient Portal permanent Do Not Publish
There are numerous situations in which we would not want an item published to the portal, but there is not currently a way to mark an item as DNP, and it STAYS DNP until unmarked. i.e. minor patient has STD test; we can mark it DNP now, but the next time pt is seen, it will auto publish.
