There is currently no "Completed" status available in referrals. If we choose "results received" and identify that as our completion notation, we might potentially miss results that were received but not reviewed. Adding a status of Completed would ensure that staff were accountable for ensuring that the referral appointment was kept, results were received and reviewed, patient was notified of results (if needed), and THEN it was complete.
