  1. When Patient Demographics changes in Once Practice, can this be updated in all other practices that the Patient exists in?

    When Insurance or Patient Demographics changes in one Practice, User should be given the option to automatically update the same information in all other practices that the patient exists in and is found using the global search capability.

  2. Auto Payment Posting Report like EB Summary Report

    When you run an EB summary report you can narrow the report to the "invalid/warning" claims so you can focus on the problems or print a report containing the issues. When you run a auto posting report you have no such feature. There needs to be one. It would make things more efficient for the user. The report could narrow to the "not to be processed / review and process" claims so you could work on them and easily identify them without having to scroll through the entire report.   3. Need practice name on UDS reports

    We have two separate PM systems for our two different sites and so we have to run UDS from both systems. It would be helpful if the Practice name appeared in some kind of header (similar to other reports) on all tables of the UDS reports so that we don't have to handwrite them on there and it look more official.

  4. ZIP Code Totals on Service Area Report

    On The "Service Area Report" (Aux > MicroMD CHC > UDS Reporting Tables > Service Area), it would be nice to have a "Total" per line/ZIP code. The report currently totals each class (None/Uninsured, Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance), but does not provide a total for each individual ZIP Code line.

  5. Export Service Area Report (and other UDS reports) to Excel Format with "Save Rows As"

    When a user runs the "Service Area Report", you are unable to effectively export the report to an Excel format (.xls / .xlsx). When it is exported, the only entry in the Excel spreadsheet is the letter "a". It would be useful for data manipulation (totaling, filtering, etc.) to be able to export this data into the Excel format.

    This request could also be useful within other UDS reports as well.

  6. last appointment fix

    The last visit date is not truly the last visit. This is currently the last service date that a charge was entered for the patient. The last visit date should be the last visit. It's data needs to be derived from the appointment history not the list of charges. A finance charge entered when a statement is sent out is currently being recorded as the last visit. Please fix.

  8. Ability to open Appointment History for a Temp Patient

    Ability to open Appointment History for a Temp Patient.

    Requested Steps to define spec:
    1. Schedule an appointment as New Patient
    2. Create Test Patient
    3. Go to Patient module
    4. Click on Temp Patient List
    5. Double-click on Patient
    6. Click on Appointment History

    Expected Result:
    Appointment for the Temp Patient should show

    Current Result:
    Must create an account for the Patient OR go to Appointment Inquiry and search for the patient by using the last name and first name of the Temp Patient. It is too time consuming to have to search in Appointment Inquiry for a test…

  9. Dental Only Patients

    There is not a way to show a patient is ONLY dental, or a patient is a medical user. This is important to us because we have patients that never go to medical, and when running reports in pm we would like to exclude non medical users

  10. Print Patient Detail - Allow print of group of patient details based on appointments for day

    Print Patient Info from patient Detail allows you to print out a sheet to have patient verify if any information has changed from prior visits. Practices have requested that they would like the capability to print this sheet as a batch instead of having to print this separately for each patient.

  11. Track EHR Penalty

    Practices are starting to get hit with the EHR penalty. They are calling asking of how they track the amount of money that they are having taken away. We have no good way of tracking that. Any report gives us patient names but not the amount that was taken. A thought was to use the misc ded but that is only good for one and that's being used for the sequestration. It would be nice to track this from the APP module. Perhaps the withholding code could be used to extrapolate the amounts used against it in a report. This…

  12. Report to show remit code amounts

    When running the Claim Status/Tracking/Remit report, put the amount taken in regards to that remit code so that a practice could determine how much penalties are costing their practice.

  13. "Death Date" Not Audited In Patient Log

    When a user sets a "Death Date" in a patient's "Detail" tab, the Patient Log does not reflect this information. This makes it difficult to troubleshoot issues with patients being listed as "Deceased" in EMR an issue once the information crosses the interface as it cannot be tracked down to an individual user making this change.

  14. File a document with a claim

    At times practices have to send a document with the claim. This is done currently by submitting the claim to the payer and then following up with a fax of the medical record. It would be nice to be able to send the claim with the document attached from the DMS. Since both EMR and PM customers have access to it, this would benefit all PM customers. Perhaps the Claim Attachment Info in the Extra button when filling claims could do this? This would make the adjudication process go quicker.

  15. Center the reports on the page.

    Center the reports on the page. Take for instance the Patient Report. When constraining on a location or provider the report does not print centered on the page. Make all reports centered to the page not the report.

  16. code scrubbing

    The code scrubbing 'warning/caution triangle' should have the ability to either color code more serious problems (i.e. 'same dx on claim multiple times') vs. ('dx pointers 5 - 8 do not appear on a paper claim'). Currently they both have the same warning and without a report to review the claims with warnings in the system. You should be able to prioritize these and/or turn them off. I don't care if dx pointers 5 - 8 do not appear on a paper claim if I am submitting an electronic claim which is about 95% of my claim submissions. I want…

  17. Print collection process report to PDF as one print job instead of multiple print jobs.

    When user prints the collection process report, the user wants to print the entire job to one PDF print instead of saving each individual account separately.

  18. Reverse vacations days more than 1 at a time

    Description of Request: Client recently went in and ACCIDENTALLY made a provider out on vacation through 2015... Had to remove the vacation days 1 at a time... Even if a provider changes their 2 week vacation, would be nice to be able to highlight and remove a group of dates at 1 time.

  19. Plan Procedure History Report to group by Provider and Date

    When running the Plan Procedure History Report, end user should be able to Group by Provider and Date. Every month Client runs the Census report based on patient’s seen by each rendering provider on a daily basis. Currently right now customer has to change the Service date manually for every single day of the month and this is very time consuming because they have over 15 providers. It would be helpful if the Total Visit count totals by Date and by Month.

  20. Add the ability to save a procedure type to the unapplied payments report when you Save the options

    Please go to -Utility -Unapplied Payments
    -In the Options Window choose any Payment code by either clicking on the arrow dropdown or the magnifying glass
    -you can also choose Report Type as Detail and group by Provider.
    -Then click on the Save icon
    -Click New and Give it a Name and Description and Accept
    Close completely out and go back to -Utility -Unapplied Payment and in the Options window click the Load icon and select the Report you just created and Accept.
    All criteria you chose will be there except the payments
