    Ability to email receipts to patients directly from PM instead of saving as PDF and emailing separately- Most do not want it printed but emailed to them now.

  2. CHC additional required fields

    Please add the additional required demographic fields to the required options for the practice setup so we ensure the staff gathers all the details needed.
    Add fields: Sex, Gender identity, Sexual Orientation, a phone number, Family size, Family income, third party insurance

  3. Would like patient search to look at all contact numbers not just home

    Currently only able to search on Home # on maint>patient. with addition of alternate and cell and cell being more a primary contact now and less landlines would like search to look at all contact numbers on patient demographics.

    suggesting sites to add cell to both home and cell currently but cannot put cell# in home in case they decide to do appt reminders via text.

  4. Add Confirmation Window When User Changes Password from Login Screen

    There really needs to be a "Confirm New Password" window added to the 'Set Password dialogue box. Every 90 days, I have to reset a percentage of users as what they actually typed does not agree with what they think they typed.

  5. Ability to resize and filter the appointment requests window

    The appointment requests window can't be resized and for a practice with a lot of requests, this is problematic. Additionally some options to filter by provider or location within the window would be helpful.
    Requested Steps to define spec: Like with other windows in the PM, give this window the ability to be resized to be able to show more rows. Also, filter options to pare the list down.

  6. Updating the DME requirements

    The current forms required by CMS are outdated or non-existent. After charges are entered, you click on the extra tab located to the far right. The user will choose which form to complete. Can you please update. I've attached the DMS requirements and copies of the forms

  7. Client is requesting to be able to Archive Classsifications in the PM

    Client is requesting to be able to Archive Classifications in the PM that they no longer use. I went over how we added the option to archive old apt/week templates but they are wanting the classes to also be archived.

  8. Patient Appointment History in Billing Inquiry

    Any employee who has to review the billing inquiry will commonly refer back to the patient's appointments. This can be to verify a date or the type of appointment. For the user to do this, they must begin a patient inquiry (F5) and then click on appointment history. This process can be simplified if we can access patient appointments from the billing inquiry. Perhaps the appointment history button can be added to the billing inquiry menu? An alternate idea would be to have a "patient" button from the billing inquiry menu that would take you to the patient account without…

  9. Pending Charges list Refreshing.

    Client would like the pending charges window to refresh while minimized.
    Currently when the window is minimized it will not refresh.
    You have to maximize the window, make sure the focus is on the charges and payments window then wait 30 seconds or more for the pending charges window to refresh.

    Increasing the refresh rates within the pm causes an issue because it does not give you enough time to find the patient in the list before the list re_sorts and you lose your place in the list and have to start searching again.

  10. Trigger when changing confidential communication

    I'd like to request a trigger addition. Right now if you change the "Confidential communication" field and ONLY that field, there is no trigger to update the patient audit log. Instead, they have to change "st." to "street" or something else in order to trigger the change. We cannot effectively extrapolate the changes that the practice makes to the confidential communications field and therefore are getting mixed messages on what types of communication the patient wants.

  11. Tool to improve capture of Co-Pays

    I would like to see an option that could be selected to autolaunch the payment window when patients are checked into - to accommodate practices that collect co-pays at check in . This would insure that as FD staff click check in - that it auto opens the posting window to collect the co-pay. By automating this - it should help staff remember to collect copays and also speed up the process.

    In addition I would be helpful if we could visually see on the schedule which co-payments have been collected - maybe next to the apt confirm or on…

  12. When a duplicate dx is on th esame line reject it in the edit before it can go out.

    When a duplicate dx is on th esame line reject it in the edit before it can go out. So it will not reject at the clearing house. This should be in the front end edit not discovered after the edit and batch and shipped.

  13. Appointment request notes missing after appointment is made.

    When an appointment request is made from the EMR you can add Patient Instructions and Additional Requirements notes. These notes flow over to the PM within the request. In the Appointment Request box, the red triangle contains both notes. Once the appointment is made, the provider's notes can no longer be seen from the PM. We have a client that would like for these notes to be kept for reference on the appointment, after it has been dragged to a schedule.

  14. Relationship codes in Insurance Plan Policy dropdown do not match ANSI requirements

    The required ANSI Relationship codes do not match what is is the Master Relationship table. For example ANSI requires "Child" and there are 4 child codes in the master table. The correct code dropdown is "Natural Child" but there are 3 others the practice can choose from. This causes billing errors. Suggest the Relationship dropdown in Policyholder entry only contain the ANSI relationship codes to eliminate confusion and billing errors.

  15. Increase changes auto applied to MicroMD from Practice Insight Web portal

    While it is a great feature that when scrubbed - changes to a claim can be made on the PI website -and sent straight to the clearinghouse, only changes from a limited number of fields write back into the MIcroMD program. This list should be expanded to cover very common items that are changed on the fly in PI - such as a policy number correction. This would allow practices to take full advantage of this feature and not have to go back to MicroMD - make the change and resubmit -

  16. Patient Detail Sheet under Print Patient Info - Need additional information on form printed

    On Print patient Info Form, practice would also like to see Cell Phone information for the patient in addition to Home and work phone information.

    In addition, plans should report all plans patient has active in the system.

  17. In the Patient Plan Sets show date insurance card was last scanned.

    It would be helpful to know the last time the insurance card was scanned into the patient record. This is especially true for the billing office who rairly sees the patient.

  18. Moneris credit card payment report to include MicroMd patient account #'s

    I would like to see the credit card information that is sent to Moneris for the autopay to include the patient's account #. When you are reconciling the daysheets at the end of the day to the Moneris report, there is no way to know which $100 visa payment goes with which customer. If you included the account #, we could reconcile this much easier.

  19. print coinsurance % on charge slip

    When we print charge slips for patients that have a coinsurance %, it does not print in the plan set information. We have to go back into the PM system and look it up each time. It would be more efficient to be able to print the % as a coinsurance on the charge slip, especially since that is one of the options in the plan sets tab to choose copay or coinsurance.

  20. Add Chronic Diagnosis Code & Description to merge field options when creating a mail merge document

    Need to have chronic diagnosis code and description in the merge field options when creating a mail merge document. Specifically when creating daily progress notes, we cannot input patient's chronic diagnosis, only their last diagnosis which is not always accurate for current treatment.
