  3. Please don't force the user to print the Auto Posting Report

    The auto posting report is essentially the same information that is already stored in some user's clearinghouse. When available the information can easily be accessed through the clearinghouse if needed. Printing is time consuming, especially for PM users that use the software through a "Terminal Session". Please create a setting that allows the user to turn off required printing for the auto posting report.

  4. Filter Duplicate Eligibility Verification for Rescheduled Patients

    With the auto eligibility verification system, when patients reschedule an appointment, (or are seen in the same month) and eligibility has already been verified, it would be nice for the system to filter out those patients that have already been verified for the current month. This would save the customer the cost of verifying the same patient multiple times. Possibly a filter for how recently verification has been run on each patient?

  5. Mouse focus on Plan ID instead of default field on New patients

    Practice would like the mouse focus to be on Plan ID instead of the Plan Set Name field like it does for established accounts.

  6. global clipboard setting

    The appointment clipboard automatically defaults to allow the user to see the Global clipboard. MicroMD requires each user to go into the Filter Options to keep the clipboard just to the individual user. Our suggestion is to allow the clipboard to automatically default to the individual user. This would need to be a setting for the database as a whole. For large groups with multiple offices/locations/specialties, they do not usually need to see a global clipboard, it becomes too much information.

  8. Patient Demographics - Add option of "N/A" in dropdown for Primary or Secondary Phone

    If a patient does not have a primary or secondary number, there is no option to designate this. The only current options for Primary or Secondary Phone are Home, Work, Alternate or Cell.

  9. Charges window add function to allow the width expansion

    Please increase the width of the display window when user clicks on Toggle Display. User goes to Charges and the charges load from pending charges. User then clicks on Toggle Display, but has to use the pull bar at the bottom to access all information on the right side. That is extremely time consuming, especially when clients are being particularly careful about their ICD10 coding.

    Also the primary phone and secondary phone choices are not the best since once printed you do not know which was primary and which secondary.

  11. PM F6 Search Field

    We would like to request to make available the ability to search by phone numbers in the F6 search window much like you can currently do in the F5 search window.

    This came up as one of our billers called in stating that she has a hard time understanding some of her patients when they call in to inquire about their statements due to a heavy accent or different language. She is able to see the phone number on the caller ID display and that would greatly help to identify the caller and assist them further.

  12. AUTO POSTING PAYMENT REPORT - CAN'T SELECT OR COPY DATA

    When you run the auto payment posting report, the generated data in PM cannot be selected or copied. It would help a great deal if this could be coded in PM so you can highlight, select, and/or copy portions of the report. As an example, I'm staring at a report with 10 payments and one of the payments is a denial. I would like to copy a part of the report, and message or email it to someone to follow up on. Currently, I'll have to print the report before I can highlight or select any of the data. It…

  13. ICD9 Diagnosis codes not printing correctly when dos prior to 10/1/15

    Many sites are working still on old claims with dates of service prior to 10/1/15 and were entered prior to the ICD-10 mapping added as well yet when claims are printed now they only show the X for ICD9 diag code. We have been told this is working as designed however it's not. Many sites need to work or appeal old claims. In our case we have a site that needs to provide this information to insurance plans with patients that had a cancer diagnosis for years as far back as 2012. This can be 100's and not able to…

  14. Need practice name on UDS reports

    We have two separate PM systems for our two different sites and so we have to run UDS from both systems. It would be helpful if the Practice name appeared in some kind of header (similar to other reports) on all tables of the UDS reports so that we don't have to handwrite them on there and it look more official.

  15. ZIP Code Totals on Service Area Report

    On The "Service Area Report" (Aux > MicroMD CHC > UDS Reporting Tables > Service Area), it would be nice to have a "Total" per line/ZIP code. The report currently totals each class (None/Uninsured, Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance), but does not provide a total for each individual ZIP Code line.

  16. Ability to change patient phone numbers and email from appointment window

    Would be helpful for practice to change patient's phone numbers and email address when making appointment. This would be especially helpful for those practices that are using AutoRemind and updated information can be sent to that eService.

  17. processing automated eligibility files

    When processing automated eligibility files and it comes across a file for a payer whose eligibility server is down for maintenance, the process should skip that file and continue to process the other files behind it. Currently, I am told the process just fails and does not continue onto the other files.

    Again, I would like to bring up for review the ability to merge patients in the PM like we do in EMR. I know it was brought up before and had 15 votes before it was closed. I attempted to get a quote from the third party vendor, but was unable to talk to them once I reported that we get our support direct.

  19. EB Processing report

    EB PRE-processsing report identifies the payer and the check # at the TOP of the report. The POST Processing report does NOT identify the payer and the check # is at the bottom of the report. Clients have requested consistency: Payer and Check # at the top of both reports

  20. DAYSHEET DATE DISPLAY - IT'S TIME

    Why isn't there a setting under Utility-Workstation setup-Display to have the "daysheet date" remain displayed in the PM program at all times? The system is trying to help us stay on the right date but it doesn't actually show what date that is unless we are in certain parts of the system??

    Please find a way to have it showing in PM at all times and make it adjustable. Perhaps you can also make a setting to turn daysheet date prompts on/off. Clients with multiple practices know the ineffectiveness of having to select it every time they switch practices and…
