You may want to speak to our support team there other ways of documenting ROS with defaults while still using a form encounter that may work for you now.

Thank you for your suggestion.
There is an option to see claims without a filed date. To get the report to be ONLY claims without a filed date, just have to change the filed date range to 1/1/1900 – 1/1/1900 and make sure the check box is marked on the report. However, there is no filter to eliminate credit balance sequences with an open claim, only zero balance sequences. There is also no way to sort the report by sequence balance.
