Patient Portal - Provide Multiple Clinics' Location/Information
Many practices have multiple clinic locations and it would be nice to provide addresses and phone numbers for each location instead of being limited to a single location. (Request ID: 13738)

Patient Portal - Change Location Presented in the Home Page Map
When viewing the home page of the practice's Patient Portal, the map can be very confusing for the patients. For instance, if the practice's main location is their administrative/billing office, that is the map that shows instead of the clinic address(es). If this occurs, it directs the patient to the incorrect location. (Request ID: 13737)

Patient Portal - Ability to Delineate Questions on Forms
As seen on the patient side of the portal, the forms have little formatting. The questions run together and there is no way to delineate one question from another. In the form editor, each question has a different color background and is separated by spaces. It would be nice to be able to modify the way the forms look when viewed by a patient to look as they do from within the editor.

Stock Management Reporting
Description of Request: Stock Management Reports. We would like to be able to generate a report in the Stock Management section of the EMR that shows any accounts that have used a stock item, but haven’t paid in full. This will allow the user to enter that information in the PM and send a bill to the patient.
Requested Steps to define spec: Desktop > Administration > Stock Management > Managers > Transaction Manager (Here we would like to see a filter option for paid/unpaid, with a corresponding column. When entering Family History, reorganize the data fields
When entering Family History, reorganize the data fields so that you can enter Family Member A, and then input all of the diagnosis codes associated with that family member before moving to Family Member B. Too cumbersome to enter Family Member A if there are 6 different dx codes

Patient's weight automatically converted to Kilograms and visible in the Prescription Pad
In Vitals, we'd like to continue to enter the patients weight in pounds and ounces but have MicroMD automatically convert this into Kilograms, similar to how it currently computes BMI. We'd like this visible in Vitals screen as well as in the Prescription Pad as most strengths and dosages of medications are determined based on weight in Kilograms.

Actual Result: weight can be entered in Vitals in metric OR imperial format (set in EMR Manager)
Impact on Workflow: Provider has to manually compute weight in pounds/ounces to Kilograms while choosing strength/dosage of medications.1 voteThe setting in the EMR Manager only controls the display in the Rx Pad to show imperial or metric weight. It was tested in versions 7.6 and above to confirm it is working this way, this would resolve this suggestion with current functionality.

Single View Encounter Medication Step - Add enhancements
Single view encounter medication step: recommend the medication step list the patients current medications and have the option to highlight and represcribe, terminate or continue similar to the past prescriptions area.
When I go to the medications tab I have to click quick lookup, select smart, select patient current medications, insert. If it was listed, I could click to highlight then just click re-prescribe similar to the past medications.
Add new option for new medication, add Continue option for those prescriptions that still have plenty of refills and do not require being re-prescribed today. Then when this printed on the…

Surgical Procedure date range
Within an encounter, when you choose to print the Surgical Procedure on the encounter report, the entire list of surgical procedures ever done on this patient get printed on the encounter report, not just the procedure done during this encounter. Would be very helpful to have a date range when choosing to print the surgical procedure on the encounter report so that a user could choose to print just today's surgical procedure that pertains to just this encounter. This is a critical problem to a dermatologist who might do many surgical procedures within just a 6 month period.
