Ability to clear expert settings
Implement a system prompt that ask if you want to clear your expert settings when you uncheck the box.
We need this feature because it is often that a provider starts out working at a primary location but then starts floating to other locations. We have templates by location that default some of the assigned plan items but as we know expert settings are designed to override that. If it would clear the options the provider could easily go to the next location and start using the templated items.

Select more than one diagnosis code in Medical History
When adding diagnosis codes to the medical history, selecting more than one code at a time by holding the control button on the keyboard and click on multiple codes to insert would make the process quicker. This would be nice to apply to forms as well.

EMR/EMR Manager Icons In Task Bar When Launching and Login Window Opening In Front of Other Windows
When launching the EMR and EMR Manager, the login windows often appear behind other windows that are open on the system (e.g., if you have Outlook open, Web browsers, etc.). This scenario does not seem to happen with the PM application.
In addition, the icons for EMR/Manager do not appear on the task bar until login has been completed. Again, this does not happen with PM as the PM icon is immediately available when the login screen appears. (Screenshot attached)
These issues seem to go hand-in-hand, but if the icon was at least available, then the window could be instantly…

Rx Hub Meds - add option to have med list default to collapsed view
Currently when opening RxHub Meds, the list of medications is defaulted to expanded. Would like option to set a default to open list in collapsed view or even have an option in the window to collapse all.

Vitals - distinguish patient generated in change history
Distinguish vitals collected from patient vs data collected from a nurse or a provider. Requesting change history/audit log to identify if PGHD and EMR user who reconciled.
It would also help to mention in the documentation for CQM 165v8 that users should look in the change history for that entry to identify if the blood pressure readings were patient generated and therefore not counted. Currently, it appears as if the nurse who reconciled the data actually took it causing confusion when trying to meet measure and chart auditing.2 votes -

Order Multiple Order Types From Desktop
From the Desktop, allow users to order multiple orders/types from a single window. This can be done by utilizing a window similar to the Encounter Builder > Plan window where you can order labs, referrals, etc. from a single pane rather than opening multiple sections of the chart/Desktop in order to specify the different types of orders. This would save clicks/time for the users and providers.

publishing
I would like the option to be able to publish several things at once ie. Lab results, medication list, lab orders, immunizations. Instead of having to do one by one and waiting too long to publish since when you are publishing you are unable to use EMR until its done publishing because the system freezes and it logs you out.

Attach documents in DM to encounter
When filing or scanning a document into the DM, or attaching it to the chart, there should be an option to directly relate it to an Encounter note. That way, you can see with one click what the result of an ordered test or referral to a specialist was in relation to a visit.
It would be nice if it was reciprocal, so you can reference from the document to the encounter and from encounter to the document.

Expand Procedure Order Reason field character limit
Expand character limit in the Reason field on procedure orders for practices that use this area to communicate tracking or referral staff progress. Or provide additional note fields to document notes with authorization details and a generic note field for referral staff workflow notes.

Flagging patient scheduled twice on the same day
Program needs to have a FLAG when scheduling a patient who already has an appointment on the same day you're scheduling. It should NOT allow you to schedule unless you actually want to schedule the patient on the same day. There should be a question, Continue scheduling? The problem is patients are getting scheduled to see a psychologist/social worker and an MD in our psychiatry practice and insurance will not pay for "like services." This happens a lot.

Encounter change history should seperate visit test changes.
For auditing and troubleshooting purposes any changes made within an encounter in the visit tests tab should display underneath the visit test heading and not combine with the plan heading.

Patient Portal - Automate publishing lab results or adding lab result tab
A lot of our patients have trouble finding their lab results in the records (CDA/CCD) portion of the portal. I know we can publish individual lab results and that will show up in the patient’s message inbox, however, we would like if we could automate that to happen any time new lab results come in, so it is easier for patients to find them. Alternatively, if there was a tab just for lab results apart from the records tab that would work as well.

Health concerns and Goal Monitoring
It would be beneficial if the Comment field in Health concern would populate on the printout and also if the character limit was expanded. In addition in Goal Monitoring when you edit the Monitor if the Progress Comment and Next Phase and Patient Instruction fields character limits were expanded. This would be especially valuable to behavioral health.

Add option in the CDA edit to provide or not the Enc impression to portal
Add option in the CDA edit to be able to not furnish the "impression/findings" section of an encounter to the patient portal publishing of the CDA. In the encounter note in the EMR, there is a section titled "impression". This is where providers document overall findings from the visit in a free-text format. Sometime information included here may not be something they want the patient to see. Unfortunately, this section of the encounter note is published to the patient portal along with everything else.

Encounter - Add Specialist more than 1x
When adding a specialist to the encounter, the system prevents you from adding the same one more than one time. Would like to be able to add the same one more than one time rather than having to duplicate a specialist in the manager to accomplish the task.
The system allows you to do that to procedures but warns you, this would be a good way to handle referrals.2 votes -
Add Batch button to preview window in DMS
Add the batch button to the DMS screen as shown in the image(document view) below to reduce clicks when handling multiple documents that need to be added to a batch basket. each DMS view have it’s own set of buttons and functions? If this right click menu was available in search view, that would be incredible. I’ll submit this to myvoice at some point in time… I just don’t have time to submit everything right now. The perfect functionality would be that this menu would be available in each DMS view, and depending if you click on the page or…

Form Template - Lock Textboxes - No "Freetyping" Allowed
Text boxes are often used in the Form Templates. They can be attached to buttons like Medical Info and Encounter (SOAP). It can be too intuitive for some providers to neglect the button attached to the textbox, and "freetype" in the box instead.
When that happens, it is almost impossible to print what is freetyped in the textbox. The typed portion (non button use) won't print on an Encounter Report and printing the Form may not help either.
Please add a feature when creating form templates to lock textboxes attached to template buttons so that freetyping isn't allowed at all.…
