  1. Need practice name on UDS reports

    We have two separate PM systems for our two different sites and so we have to run UDS from both systems. It would be helpful if the Practice name appeared in some kind of header (similar to other reports) on all tables of the UDS reports so that we don't have to handwrite them on there and it look more official.

  2. ZIP Code Totals on Service Area Report

    On The "Service Area Report" (Aux > MicroMD CHC > UDS Reporting Tables > Service Area), it would be nice to have a "Total" per line/ZIP code. The report currently totals each class (None/Uninsured, Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance), but does not provide a total for each individual ZIP Code line.

  4. Export Service Area Report (and other UDS reports) to Excel Format with "Save Rows As"

    When a user runs the "Service Area Report", you are unable to effectively export the report to an Excel format (.xls / .xlsx). When it is exported, the only entry in the Excel spreadsheet is the letter "a". It would be useful for data manipulation (totaling, filtering, etc.) to be able to export this data into the Excel format.

    This request could also be useful within other UDS reports as well.

  5. Plan Procedure History Report to group by Provider and Date

    When running the Plan Procedure History Report, end user should be able to Group by Provider and Date. Every month Client runs the Census report based on patient’s seen by each rendering provider on a daily basis. Currently right now customer has to change the Service date manually for every single day of the month and this is very time consuming because they have over 15 providers. It would be helpful if the Total Visit count totals by Date and by Month.

  6. Abbreviated Eligibility Report

    It would be nice to have the ability to set up a template for an Eligibility Report. When ran for a specific client, they had 74 pages for 19 appointments. What if there was an abbreviated one that would just show valid dates, plan info with copay amount, type of Medicaid, that kind of basic info. Elig provider is PI

  7. Add a setting in PM/EMR to deactivate a clinic or service facility

    You may have a clinic or service facility in PM or EMR that you no longer use or that isn't an active location. It would be helpful if you could "deactivate" it so it's not an option for any features in PM/EMR. A similar capability has already been implemented for plans in PM.

  8. Provider Column in Patient List

    In Guarantor/Patient list, there should be a column to show the Provider the patient is assigned to in Patient Details.

    Requested Steps to define spec:

    1. Open Patient List
    2. Guarantor/Patient List pops-up
    3. A column for Provider should be available

    Expected Result:

  9. Matching fields for the Referral Lists in the PM and EMR.

    The recent merge of the Referral Lists in the PM and EMR have caused issues because the EMR has additional fields that the PM doesn't. This causes blank and comma entries on the PM side. The two fields causing the issue are the PM Hospital Aff field and the EMR Clinic field. There either needs to be a Clinic field added to the PM too match the EMR or the PM needs to display a Hospital Aff column when looking at the Referral List window on the PM side.

  10. Provider Practice Name and Address override should show on statement instead of Practice Name and address.

    User should have the option to have Practice Name and Address show OR Provider Practice Name and Address override. Currently the Pay To information is used, request is to have an option to pull from practice override information area instead.

  11. Task Manager Setup area

    When in the task management area there are several Setup buttons (Messages and ToDo) to pull over the fields. Please default all the items to be included for users instead of having to get each user to set up the area. This is very time-consuming with large practices trying to implement the area. User can go back on their own and adjust the order and remove anything they wish.

  12. Check amount included in Auto Payment Posting Files dropdown

    When using the Auto Payment Posting dialog box, the client is requesting that, along with check payer and check number, the check amount be displayed. They state that this will help them locate checks faster without having to load all the data.

    Requested Steps: Click Billing, Auto Payment Posting, Down arrow beside the Files box

    Expected Result: To be able to view the check amount along with existing options

    Actual Result: Only the payer name and check number show
    Impact on Workflow: Have to potentially load multiple files to check the amount if check number is unknown

  13. Add status Drop Down to Referral Detail window

    We would like to have a drop down added to the Referral Detail window in the PM where we can select the status of the referral. Preferably the practice would be able to establish the list of selections in the drop down.
    Within the patient demographics you can select the blue book icon in the tool bar which opens the Referral Detail.
    The Referral feature in the PM is used to track the authorizations and discussions with the insurance. Some patients are with us 3+ months so that is a lot of phone calls and discussions with insurance that we…

  15. Sequence Based Collection Balance displayed

    Would like the sequence based collection balance to appear on Patient Detail and Appointment entry screen. Often a user does not have access to Charges/Payments and Collections module but need to know amount turned over to collections. Also the Billing Inquiry screen should display responsibility as Patient-Collections like the Charges/Payments screen. Would be helpful is collection balance also appear on Billing Inquiry screen.

  16. Billing Provider on EB Summary Report

    Billing Provider should show on EB Summary Report

    Requested Steps to define spec:

    1. User runs EB Summary Report
    2. Billing Provider should populate in the report

    Expected Result:
    When the user runs the EB Summary Report, instead of having to go down the list in the Claims Processing – EB window, the report should specify the Billing Provider.

    Current Result:

    User has to make sure the billing provider is correct in the Claims Processing – EB window then make sure that it is the correct billing provider before running the report.

    Allow user to Batch change Plan Set to a different one for ALL patients in Claims Processing window instead of having to change it one at a time -- specific to ub claims…in which billing one primary in one plan set and can turn around and bill another plan set (which is essentially a different primary plan) before the first one pays. There is no need to wait for the first one to pay…so that is why user is looking for such a feature

    Description of Request: On any notes screen, add option to display notes in descending date order (like Billing Inquiry). Be specific, detailed where and how this function would work and enhance the users experience.
