In Guarantor/Patient list, there should be a column to show the Provider the patient is assigned to in Patient Details.

2. Guarantor/Patient List pops-up
3. A column for Provider should be available

Impact on Workflow:

With large practices, this is especially helpful because they have multiple providers and there are times where the patient sees the patient sees multiple providers in the practice. They do create multiple accounts for billing purposes.
