I suggest that last minute patient cancellations or no show remain on the schedule as cancelled.
We have a lot of last minute cancellations and becomes really hard later on to remember who are all the PTs that didn't show or cancelled. I know that you can view the PT's appointment history, but you need to remember who they are beforehand.

Have this item ask the user "leave on schedule" when the appointment is cancelled because sometimes the cancellation results in an appointment slot that could be filled and other times it is last minute and won't be filled.

I think giving an option to leave it there would be good. Also I think a checkbox on the CheckIn/Out window for Cancelled and No Show would be a great add-on idea to complete this suggestion.

A reminder that the Appointment Status Report can generate a list of patient appointments based on the status of cancelled, missed etc. based on a user specified date range.
