I would like to see an option that could be selected to autolaunch the payment window when patients are checked into - to accommodate practices that collect co-pays at check in . This would insure that as FD staff click check in - that it auto opens the posting window to collect the co-pay. By automating this - it should help staff remember to collect copays and also speed up the process.

In addition I would be helpful if we could visually see on the schedule which co-payments have been collected - maybe next to the apt confirm or on the check in window - so at a busy practice we can tell at a glance which patients have paid and which have not to increase our collection of co-payments.
