Add alert to appointment classification
Add alert on appointment classifications so that when that class is used, the alert comes up. For example, on new pt appointment the message will say to mail paperwork. Another example would be if one classification is entered to remind user to schedule another type of appointment for the patient as well.

Alerting user that day was customized
When the day is customized, it would be nice if that verbiage was in red. It doesn't draw your eyes to it the way it is now and it's almost washed out due to the background. Or perhaps, making the words bigger and bolder might help instead of red.

Generic Schedules between PM/EMR
We need a better way to handle viewing generic schedules between the PM and EMR. Currently, we have to create the fake provider in the EMR as an actual user and map it. This leaves open a login to the EMR system as well as allowing messages/orders etc to accidentally be sent to that login.

Calendar to show red on closed days
If a provider week does not include Day setup on certain days which indicates a "Closed" day, also update the calendar to a RED date like the Holiday/Vacation turns the calendar red.

Clipboard - User default
Allow the user to default the clipboard filter and it sticks unless changed.
Currently, you filter it to "user" or by location it is not retained. If the appt view is closed (or clipboard is closed) it reverts back to GLOBAL and removed the location.

Adjustable Appointment Columns by Provider
Would like the number of columns in the appointment scheduler to be adjustable by provider. Currently, it is only adjustable for the whole practice. Right now providers that may only need 1 or 2 columns but are forced to have 3 since other providers need this amount.

Open Slots additional filter by columns
When using the open slots to find first available, have a filter where you can also do appt columns. Most appt slots would be in column 1 and overbooking in others. If I change the general setup to 1 column then it will not print the appointment schedule correctly (leaves off columns 2 and 3).

Allow Appt Templates to reserve # of slots of Classification
Currently when you create an appointment template entry in Day Setup the appointment classification # of slots does not reserve the number indicated. A 2 slot classification only reserves 1 slot. This creates problems with overbooking. The workaround doesn't work very well. Would like the same number of slots templated as it is set in classification.
I create an apt classification and give it 2 slots.
I assign it to a time slot on the day setup. I takes only one slot. I put that day in a week.
When the day view comes up only one time slot is…10 votes -
