When a Screening & Prevention template (Tools > Screening & Prev Templates) is inactivated (by unchecking the "Active" button), prompt the user to select if they would like to terminate/inactivate this program on any patients that currently have it applied.

After some research found these are valid billable codes in situation when used properly on claims. Having this kind of option may cause further issue when the code needs to go out on a claim. I would suggest they add cross code messages to their codes so a biller will get a prompt that they may want to remove the code or at least the pointer from the claim if it doesn’t fit the claim situation. Or setup a rule in the Rules Manager so when Batching EB claims it flags the claims with the Z code dx. Coder believes the best maybe the cross code msg and the biller make the decision to remove the pointer or code or not remove since it maybe necessary on a claim.

On the Desktop/Chart > Test Results area, if you forward a result and include a "Note", the note is lost to all users except for the recipient of the forward. So if user 1 forwards the note to user 2, only user 2 can see the note (in the yellow sticky note area). However, no other user is able to view this information including user 1 which initiated the send.
This note should be visible for other users (including the sender). This should also be included in the workflow communicator and the Summary tab of the patient's chart.
Also, there is no indication in the audit/change history that the item was forwarded at all to another user.
