  1. Add modifiers for Visit Tests and Plans to Encounter reports

    Description of request: If a modifier(s) exists on any visit test or plan test, please include modifier(s) when printing an encounter report using any method and also in the text presentation of the encounter

    Expected Result: modifiers will appear on any encounter report note.

    Impact on Workflow: encounter note then accurately supports services billed for.

  2. Add pharmacy option to report template manager edit screen.

    Under the encounter tools, and under report templates we have created the discharge and PCP forms. When we hit edit and go to the fields we would like the pharmacy to be an option so that the Patient and PCP know where the prescription was sent to. or even what pharmacy the prescription was called into. This would eliminate the patient from going to the wrong pharmacy, and decrease amount of calls from the pharmacy as well.

  3. Allow Microsoft Word Viewer to Function with Patient Education

    When accessing Microsoft Word (.doc and .docx) documents within the Patient Education library, if you have the Microsoft Word VIEWER installed, it will not open the documents and provide you with an error stating that "Microsoft Word is not installed on this machine." For a practice with numerous exam rooms that don't necessarily need a full-fledged Microsoft Office suite, enabling the use of the Microsoft Word Viewer would save a great deal of money.

  4. Diagnostic Test Results entered by provider should not go to his desktop for viewing

    Description of Request: The Doctor would like for Diagnostic Test Results that he adds himself to the med info in chart, not to go to his desktop to be viewed as he has already viewed them when entering.
    This would only be when the provider is entering the test result for himself.

  5. Patient Portal - Ability to Reorder Forms

    Within the patient-end of the Patient Portal, provide the ability to re-order the listing of the forms. This would be especially useful in the event that there are forms listed in English and Spanish, the forms could then be grouped with regards to the language. (Request ID: 13741)

  7. Patient Portal - Ability to Filter/Search Forms

    In order to use the form aspect of the patient portal effectively, our staff needs to be able to filter, search, and generally manage forms in our offices quickly and easily. One concern is that there is no way to tag a form type (i.e., our "Medical History Form"), so that all of one type of form submitted have, for example, a red flag. Then, when our staff needs to search for new medical history form submissions, they just have to filter for red tags.

  8. Patient Portal - Bilingual Email Confirmation

    Many practices have a large number of Hispanic patients or patients that do not speak/read English very well. It would be nice to include the ability to include a Spanish (or other language) message in the confirmation email that is sent to the patient upon registration with the Patient Portal (such as beneath a horizontal rule on the page to separate it from the English confirmation message).   10. Medical Info Review - Automatic Update

    • Description of Issue:
    o Review items not showing up immediately on the encounter
    • Steps to recreate the issue:
    o New Encounter
    o Review Tab > MedInfo tab
    o From the Ribbon go to Medical Information
     Review items in the section (I just clicked the review button)
     Close window
    o Item just reviewed are not displaying in the tab
    o Click OK to close the encounter

  12. Color Fix Needed when using the Menu bar in ASP Environment

    In the EMR the Menu bar and several icon colors are distorted when using the application through Citrix/Remote Desktop environment. Fix the color to something that will resolve the color.

  13. Allow users to change the cursor.

    While it might not make a difference to those using a large monitor or desk top; many providers find it difficult to see the small white arrow against the white back ground. Allowing users to change not only the size but the color as well would help the providers to use the system more effectively.

  15. Patient intake data that has number values.

    There are a series of questions for the patient. Each question has a number value for the answer: 0 (does not apply or not at all), 1 (seldom), 2 (often or sometimes), 3 (always). At the bottom of the list of questions the patient answers will auto-tally. This auto-tally will also display on the doctor's Patient Monitor.
    Hence, the doctor will not have to tally up the points manually and will be knowledgable of the situation prior to entering the patient room.

  16. Default encounter report printing to custom report

    When printing encounter report from tool bar, default the selected report to the last used - expert setting.
    AND/OR if possible, if wizard used for that encounter with custom encounter report attached, default that custom report when printing encounter report from tool bar.

    Once you select “Encounter Report” on either print option, the window below pops up for you to select your options for printing. You can see that the system automatically chooses the MicroMD standard report option instead of populating the report template that was attached the wizard template for this encounter.

    Procedure and referral orders have a place to enter scheduled on date and time. I would like to be able to filter or sort by the scheduled on date in order to follow up. Right now I have to open each order to check the scheduled on date. No way to easily see or filter on that scheduled date.

  19. Common List Error - DX is already in cliniguide list

    It would be helpful if the providers could still select a diagnosis (assessment) from his or her common list even if that DX is listed in the encounter cliniguide. Providers need to be able to use the lists in any manner that helps them work most efficiently. Sometimes they may want to click on the yellow question mark, sometimes they may want to search in the common. Keep in mind we are on ICD10, the cliniguide lists can get lengthy. Maybe an alternative is to create a search function in the cliniguide list in the assesment area.

  20. Encounters marked for the wrong DOS

    There needs to be a warning or some sort of setting to help with this before the encounter is signed or sent to billing. Maybe a pop-up warning could appear if the encounter date of service doesn't match any appointment date in PM or any vital date in EMR.
