• Description of Issue:
o Review items not showing up immediately on the encounter
• Steps to recreate the issue:
o New Encounter
o Review Tab > MedInfo tab
o From the Ribbon go to Medical Information
 Review items in the section (I just clicked the review button)
 Close window
o Item just reviewed are not displaying in the tab
o Click OK to close the encounter
o Also review the Discrete view of the Encounter tab in the chart does not show the Review items either
o Edit back into the Encounter to the Review tab under MedInfo tab and now the items appear
• Expected Result (Include Screenshots if Possible):
o Results of the items reviewed should show up in the encounter after being reviewed no matter if you are using the review now button, reviewed in the chart or using the encounter ribbon
• Actual Result (Include Screenshots if Possible):
o Review items are being displayed only after exiting the encounter then editing back in
• Current Workaround(s):
o Going in and out of the note to review for accuracy
