  1. Add comments to referral orders that remain private to office

    To be able to add notes to referral tech or notes about steps taken in a referral that will remain in office and not be printed out on the referral. Things like "pt wants this scheduled on a Tuesday, or in Lake Buterl" Or "other office requested more information on 6/14/13"

  2. EMR logins to be limited to one per username at any given time

    Is there any way an enhancement can be built into the system that would prevent a user from signing in to the EMR with the same username more than once? I think this would tremendously help especially if that is an underlying cause of issues/slowness under the hood of the system. We know that certain practice managers were (and probably still are) guilty of this as they sign into the system as the physicians to double check things on a daily basis. And although we stress the importance of not doing this, we really don’t have a way to enforce…

  3. Medication update eligibility (green pill) in chart

    I love the eligibility update feature and would like to see the green/red pill to show that eligibility has been updated to access the RXhub in the patients chart. Currently I need to go into the prescription pad or the medication tab within the chart to view that this is up to date

  4. Birth history Recorded By instead of Responsible Physician

    When entering birth history the window automatically populates with the user name in the Responsible Physician area. Since many times this is simply historical data can that be changed to read Recorded By?

  5. keep encounter created if appointment time is changed within the day

    If you created an encounter to show up on the scheduled visits view and that person changes their appointment for any different time that day, other than when the encounter is created, it will remove the icon for encounter. If a provider retrieves encounters from this view, they will think there is no encounter created for that individual although within the summary and encounter tab, the encounter exists.

  6. We would like the last visit and next visit that is currently on prescription pad to also be on the Lab result window.

    We would like the last visit and next visit field that is currently in the Prescription Pad demographics to also be places in the Lab Results Field in the demographic area. This way one could see when the patient was returning to discuss the lab results as all lab results would not need to have the patient called on the phone.

  7. History Template - Add more categories

    When bringing a new center online the History Recorder is a great tool and would be an all inclusive area for data entry (when converting a practice from paper to electronic) if the following areas were included:
    Immunizations
    Screening & Prevention
    LT/Other Medications
    Patient Pharmacy

  8. Open text encounters to encounter tab instead of editing tab

    When using the text encounter it defaults to the editing tab when starting an encounter. It would be better if it opened to the encounter tab so they can go straight to loading a template or reviewing medical information, etc.

  9. Auto save.

    Description of Request:
    It would be beneficial to have the system auto save the encounters every couple of minutes or so in case the system goes down or the wireless gets dropped so the provider doesn't lose their encounter.

  10. Patient Portal - Ability to Reorder Forms

    Within the patient-end of the Patient Portal, provide the ability to re-order the listing of the forms. This would be especially useful in the event that there are forms listed in English and Spanish, the forms could then be grouped with regards to the language. (Request ID: 13741)

  12. Patient Portal - Ability to Filter/Search Forms

    In order to use the form aspect of the patient portal effectively, our staff needs to be able to filter, search, and generally manage forms in our offices quickly and easily. One concern is that there is no way to tag a form type (i.e., our "Medical History Form"), so that all of one type of form submitted have, for example, a red flag. Then, when our staff needs to search for new medical history form submissions, they just have to filter for red tags.

  13. Patient Portal - Bilingual Email Confirmation

    Many practices have a large number of Hispanic patients or patients that do not speak/read English very well. It would be nice to include the ability to include a Spanish (or other language) message in the confirmation email that is sent to the patient upon registration with the Patient Portal (such as beneath a horizontal rule on the page to separate it from the English confirmation message).   14. Processing of Prescriptions for another provider:

    Processing of Prescriptions for another provider: Have the person authorizing the Rx's (the person logged in) name on the prescription, NOT who it was sent to - Ex. Jean is out on vacation, if Robert under "Prescriptions" selects user "Jean" - and authorizes, the Rx's will go to the pharmacy signed by "Jean". Have to either forward to yourself, and then process OR go to the Rx pad, prescribe, then delete the original request - both add time...

  15. Adding Allergies to Form Encounter

    When adding allergies to a form encounter and an entry exists for no known allergies, it doesn't state if that is drug or non-drug so it is possible to report allegy to bee sting and no known allergies

  16. Long Term Medications to READ Current Medications

    Where it current states LongTerm Medications in Encounter Reports and other information being sent out to referring providers, we would prefer it said current medications as that more accurately reflects the information being sent.

  17. Show number of tablets prescribed in medication viewer

    When viewing the medication list from the medication in med info, as well as when you print the list, the number of tablets isn't listed. To track narcotic medication I have to manually write down # of tablets given once I print out the list. Please have this print and view able to make tracking narcotics easier. Ideally we would be able to set it up like a user preference as to what information we would like displayed (duration, frequency, # of tablets, #of refills).   20. Medical Info Review - Automatic Update

    • Description of Issue:
    o Review items not showing up immediately on the encounter
    • Steps to recreate the issue:
    o New Encounter
    o Review Tab > MedInfo tab
    o From the Ribbon go to Medical Information
     Review items in the section (I just clicked the review button)
     Close window
    o Item just reviewed are not displaying in the tab
    o Click OK to close the encounter
    o Also review the Discrete view of the Encounter tab in the chart does not show the Review items either
