    If this request is possible, could the field also be used for adding a patient's preferred name while still allowing the record/claim to be billed out in the legal name? Or an additional field be added for the patient preferred name?

    I would rather see the ability for administrator's to be the person to transition the note in to the correct patient chart and a way of recording the change. We need to be able to identify when the mis-charting has happened in order to track error and address the issue is needed.
