Maintain expanded ROS and PE fields
When navigating the review and objective fields, you have the option of expanding the list to view it more efficiently. I NEVER use the checkbox fields as they create awkward English when printed or viewed--I free text the field details. When one navigates away to another window, then returns to these windows, the expanded list is not available and one has to click on the expansion icons again. Creates multiple clicks. We should have the option of always viewing the expanded lists in Preferences.

High Vote item will now be reviewed by product management team to establish when it can be planned to be incorporated into MicroMD ref id 15524. Enhancements will be added to our future version 10. Completed in version 10
