Description of Request: When looking in the Patient Education Library, there is education that has the blue (i) beside it. This type of education is the only education that can count towards measures and CQMs. Users need to be warned that editing anything to do with this education, will remove the icon and stop it from counting towards measures. Or the user needs to be completely blocked from editing this type of education.

Requested Steps to define spec: If a client clicks on this education by accident and edits the URL, the blue (i) is removed currently. We would like to see a warning pop stating that the icon will be removed and the education will not count. Or the user should be blocked from editing with a message stating they cannot edit the education.

Expected Result: For the user to receive a warning or be stopped from editing the only education that counts towards measures.

Actual Result: There is no warning given and the users can edit the education with the icon

Impact on Workflow: Icon can get removed by accident and the education no longer counts causing them to lose patients in the numerator on certain measures
