Items Due/Missed Display on Encounter Ribbon
Just like the Test Result button lights up on the encounter ribbon, we need a featured button that incorporates ALL items DUE/MISSED (Immunizations, Screening and Prevention)

Patient Portal permanent Do Not Publish
There are numerous situations in which we would not want an item published to the portal, but there is not currently a way to mark an item as DNP, and it STAYS DNP until unmarked. i.e. minor patient has STD test; we can mark it DNP now, but the next time pt is seen, it will auto publish.

Option to prevent signing an encounter that does not have any diagnosis/procedure code listed and/or an encounter level set.
Fordland Clinic would like an option to require a diagnosis/procedure and/or also require an encounter level set before an encounter can be signed. This could be an option set in the EMR Manager and set on a per user basis. This would work in a similar fashion to required fields in the PM when a new user is created.

User date and time stamps
Remove the printed by and date stamp on mail merge letters. Clients feel patients do not need to know who printed the letter. Remove the date and time stamp from the plan details on the encounter text, particularly on the revised encounters. Clients are complaining these dates are confusing and misleading.

Using Stock should allow <1 in Qty field
When administering vaccines from stock the qty will not allow <1 in the qty field. We typically use ml for "units" and need to be able to use 0.5 ml of a vaccine.
Example: Vaccine A vial holds 10ml and is given at 0.5ml per patient meaning it will provide 20 dosages.
Current workaround is not to use ml and use "each/unit", double the qty of stock added and use 1 for each patient. Using ml is proper documentation though.5 votes -
Attachments to orders older than 6 months
When adding an attachment to an order. The drop down of list of orders is only within the last 6 months. Our practices enter orders at the time of physicals for mammagrams. they don't always coinside with the time of the physical exams. This needs to be parameterized not hard coded.

immunizations
The Immunizations screen should sort the dates administered, given, missed, and future and have them in chronological order for each vaccine. They are currently listed in the order they are inputed.

Description of Request: When creating a lab order in an encounter, copy the diagnosis from the encounter into the order. When printing the order, print the practice's fax number and the ICD Code. Be specific, detailed where and how this function would work and enhance the users experience.

Routing History
I would like to request a feature request that would separate or (have like a subtotal time) when patients are checked out. Like I said before, the patients are checked out when we account for checked out status in the routing history. Wait times calculations should reflect true patient wait times and should stop at checked out. When doing random audits, and the provider has not signed the encounter, true wait time appears at the checked out status. But when the provider signs the encounter and it changes to seen today, the total waited is calculating the time it took…

New way to order labs or procedures
It would be nice if when you wanted to order labs you could bring up a lab form to check off the tests you want and add DX codes to the form. It would be a lot faster than having to search a list for labs you want. You could also add a feature so you could pick the status for all of the order like future date, etc. It would make it must faster. Having numerous labs done and they are being ordered for a future date, Dr. has to pick future date for each lab. It would be…

Nightly SQL Job to Populate Automatic Screening and Prevention / Immunization Programs
Add a job (or add an additional step the current job) that runs nightly to auto-populate any patients that meet the criteria set for an automatic screening and prevention or immunization program. Running this at night will serve two purposes:
1) Prevent the users from having to manually open and update each applicable chart.
2) Minimize impacts on applying the templates during production hours.1 voteDuplicate to an item already being reviewed

Track Time From PM Check-In, Through Encounter/Stations [Patient Router], To Check-Out
Include the ability in the EMR and/or PM system to track the time it takes for a patient to flow through the practice. This would include the arrival/check-in within the PM, then through any/all stations within the EMR, and then the check-out/seen option within the EMR. This would involve collaboration with both applications to accomplish.

Encounters - Not to be billed
Encounters with no billable data should default to a "Not to be billed" status until billable items are added to the note. If no billable items are ever added and the note is signed, the items should remain in this status and not automatically send to PM when the EMR Manager is set to send upon signing. This will help keep the Billing Prep window clean for billers. IF the automatic option status is too much work, then a non-billable option added to the header that will default the status is welcomed (also a way to remove it on the…

Auto Apply Screening and Prevention Templates
Var Name: CPH
Client Name: CPH
Contact Name: Antonio Mendez
Description of Request: Change the behavior so that screen and prevention templates that are set to auto apply do so without extra user intervention.
Requested Steps to define spec: Currently the screening and prevention templates will only auto apply when a user physically opens a chart and navigates to the screening and prevention. We would like this to be changed so it auto applies after the template is created/set to auto apply so the screenings being added are not dependent on a user going into an individual chart and navigating…
