Description of Request: Change the behavior so that screen and prevention templates that are set to auto apply do so without extra user intervention.
Requested Steps to define spec: Currently the screening and prevention templates will only auto apply when a user physically opens a chart and navigates to the screening and prevention.

We would like this to be changed so it auto applies after the template is created/set to auto apply so the screenings being added are not dependent on a user going into an individual chart and navigating to that section as it could be easily missed.

This could be set up to do automatically after template creation/setup to auto-apply or user run (an option to 'add screenings to patients' button) with options to define what patient sets to run on like time period, date range, age, provider, diagnosis and location.
Expected Result: Screenings added to a chart without navigating into the chart with additional workflow
Actual Result: After setting up a auto apply template, screenings would be automatically populated into that section if the patient meets the criteria
Impact on Workflow: Saves time and extra steps for staff to ensure screenings are added for a patient. Also ensures screenings are not missed because no one navigated to the screening and prevention section and it didn't update.
