Maintain expanded ROS and PE fields
When navigating the review and objective fields, you have the option of expanding the list to view it more efficiently. I NEVER use the checkbox fields as they create awkward English when printed or viewed--I free text the field details. When one navigates away to another window, then returns to these windows, the expanded list is not available and one has to click on the expansion icons again. Creates multiple clicks. We should have the option of always viewing the expanded lists in Preferences.

Multipage/Multipatient faxes
When attaching several pages for the same patient from within a multipage/multi-patient fax, could it be made possible to attach as one instead of several separate attachments and having to indicate that they are pages 1/2, 2/2, etc.? For example: Attach page 1,2,3, or 4-8.

Reduce the number of clicks it takes a provider to sign an encounter
Currently it takes a least 5 clicks for a provider to sign an encounter from his encounter list on the desktop. The number of clicks it takes a provider to do anything is always an issue with providers. Is there anyway this can be reduced to allow the provider to sign encounters quicker?

Define the availability of ICD and CPT codes at the Practice Level
A defined control of the availability of ICD and CPT codes, at the practice level, prevents billing errors, increases first submission rates, promote coding efficiency, gives administration notice of new services performed by providers and will define practice preferred services similar in function to a Superbill. The PM system already has the capability to define effective dates for CPT codes: starting and ending dates and the ability to make CPT codes obsolete. The EMR manager can only obsolete custom codes. Using common lists is insufficient for the entire medical practice because it is a provider level definition and fails to…

Patient Portal - Select Specific Details To Export
Some patients have inactive information that isn't required to be exported to the CCR/CCD or publish to the Patient Portal. It would be nice to have the ability to select individual items to publish to the portal or export to the CCR/CCD.

Any changes made in PM (regardless of tab) triggers sending of xml file to send changes to EMR side
Description of Request: This client has a Quest bidirectional lab interface, but it would apply to any practice with a bidirectional interface. We found that insurance (Plan tab changes) do not trigger an xml file send from PM to update EMR side. Specifically, Guarantor details (street, city, state, zip). So, when a user creates a lab order, the guarantor address details do not populate GT1 segment of HL7 file. Result is practice gets request for information from lab (Quest), requesting guarantor address details.
Requested Steps to define spec: Edit of Plan tab guarantor details and subsequent save in PM should…1 voteCompleted in version 12.0 HSMS id 18178

Pediatric Growth Charts - Hover over dots to see actual percentage
On the Pediatric Growth Charts, when you hover over the dots for the entries of height and weight, it would be nice to see the actual percentage. It's currently very difficult to follow the lines to the percentages on the sides, and they are not very accurate (increments of 10 percent). The exact percentage would be very helpful.
4 votesThank you for your feedback on the MicroMD product! We are pleased to inform you that this item has been completed and released in version 21.0.1 of MicroMD! While we did not directly update the growth chart itself, we did add much greater transparency into viewing pediatric vitals along with their benchmark.
If you have questions or further feedback, please don't hesitate to contact our teams. We hope to have further feedback and collaboration with you again soon!

Test Results - Ability to add an Analysis Comment or Note when you utilize "View as Grouped"
Currently, on Test Results, when a user utilizes the View Grouped Action Button to view multiple results at one time, there is no way to add an Analysis Comment or Note from here. The user must then go back and add the Analysis Comment to one or all of the results individually, which is a lot of extra steps. An Analysis Comments and/or Notes box should added to the screen when viewing a group of results.

Add batch option to Portal Updates
When publishing multiple patient items to the portal it would save time if you could batch the items from portal updates thus allowing you to publish once rather than each individually.
Since publish is an available option from the batch basket I am surprised to find that portal updates cannot be batched.6 votesCompleted in version 12.0. Reworked Portal Updates to allow multi publishing. ref id 21506

Add BMI to top of encounter
Under encounter tab of chart, vitals are listed across the top under the name, dos, in a banner style with BP, Pulse, TEmp, Resp, Height, Weight.
It would be really nice if there was a BMI box after those height/weight stats so that the provider does not have to go into encounter or close out and look at vitals to see the BMI to add the appropriate G-code for PCMH.

Prescriptions via surescripts generated within encounter should reflect location provider currently logged into.
When a practice has multiple locations, prescriptions within an encounter generated via surescripts show the providers main address from the EMR manager.
If the provider is logged into a location other than that main address, the prescriptions should reflect that location. As a result, the main office location is receiving calls from pharmacies with questions they cannot answer as the provider is not at that location.
1 votethe system uses the encounter location this can be defaulted by user settings and changed at time of encounter

Patient Portal - Provide Multiple Clinics' Location/Information
Many practices have multiple clinic locations and it would be nice to provide addresses and phone numbers for each location instead of being limited to a single location. (Request ID: 13738)

Patient Portal - Change Location Presented in the Home Page Map
When viewing the home page of the practice's Patient Portal, the map can be very confusing for the patients. For instance, if the practice's main location is their administrative/billing office, that is the map that shows instead of the clinic address(es). If this occurs, it directs the patient to the incorrect location. (Request ID: 13737)

Patient Portal - Ability to Delineate Questions on Forms
As seen on the patient side of the portal, the forms have little formatting. The questions run together and there is no way to delineate one question from another. In the form editor, each question has a different color background and is separated by spaces. It would be nice to be able to modify the way the forms look when viewed by a patient to look as they do from within the editor.
1 voteThe means to separate by space, line, etc. functionality is available within the portal product. If further assistance is necessary please contact your support representative.
