  1. Patient Portal - Provide Multiple Clinics' Location/Information

    Many practices have multiple clinic locations and it would be nice to provide addresses and phone numbers for each location instead of being limited to a single location. (Request ID: 13738)

  2. Patient Portal - Change Location Presented in the Home Page Map

    When viewing the home page of the practice's Patient Portal, the map can be very confusing for the patients. For instance, if the practice's main location is their administrative/billing office, that is the map that shows instead of the clinic address(es). If this occurs, it directs the patient to the incorrect location. (Request ID: 13737)

  3. Patient Portal - Ability to Delineate Questions on Forms

    As seen on the patient side of the portal, the forms have little formatting. The questions run together and there is no way to delineate one question from another. In the form editor, each question has a different color background and is separated by spaces. It would be nice to be able to modify the way the forms look when viewed by a patient to look as they do from within the editor.

  4. Phone messages in Summary tab

    Description of request: In the summary tab of a patient chart, where phone messages are listed, the SUBJECT of the phone message should be listed under the Chief Complaint column, not the body of the phone message text as it is now.

  5. Add G0438 and G0439 to E/M code list in the EMR

    Description of Request: Practice is saying these codes are E/M codes, and need to be in the list of E/M codes in the EMR. They know these codes are present in the EMR in the procedure code area, but they want them to be in the E/M code list.

  8. Run CQM and MU Reports by Location

    Please add the option to run the CQM and MU (HITECH) reports from the EMR by Location in addition to the current choices of <ALL> or by individual provider. We have some locations that see our homeless poputation and they do not always to the items needed for the measures. It would be nice to run a report by location to not have the other locations weigh down the scores.

  9. Screening and Prevention Integration

    When any lab or study (examples an A1C or mammogram) that is in an S&P template is added to the EHR the program should automatically update the S&P program. With lab results this could occur automatically at the time of the result being entered or being received through a lab interface. With image files, etc it could be a simple radio button near the comment ("add to S&P template").

  10. Display insurance info on encounter title bar or with one click -not many click access.

    Displaying the insurance info readily especially on the plan tab is very important as some plans dictate how services are ordered or handled.

    patient monitor access should be used. Completed patient monitor is available within the enc and displays the ins coverage data.

  11. Add Immunizations to Rule Manager parameter options when opening encounter

    During MU planning I had proposed a rule by which we would cue staff to give an immunization if it is due. However, "immunizations" is not on the list of parameters to choose from when opening an encounter. The idea is to cue staff to give the shot or start the discussion about the immunization right then.

  12. tracking replies to phone messages

    There needs to be a way to track when somebody has replied to a message, especially when there are many replies to the same message. We need to see the date and time that the replies happen

  13. Number of refill's given on medication summary

    Currently on the window below the medication summary, located within a patient's chart on the medical information tab, it doesn't provide the number of refills given on the medication. Currently to get this information, you need to double click, and it would be nice to have a summary of this information.

  14. Add date of service to attachments under patient's chart within the medical information

    Currently when you attach a document there is the attachment name, location, file type and date of attachment. I would also like to add a service date. Then you could have the attachments chronological by date of service versus date of attachment which would be more useful.

  15. Automaticly add medications prescribed to LTM list

    When prescribing a medication have the medication automatically add to the LTM medication list to save providers and nurses time in adding it while doing the prescribing. As it is being prescribed the patient is obviously taking the medication and it should be added to the LTM list.

    After review with CAB, prescriptions should not be added to the LTM list automatically. Majority of prescription are not a Long Term Medication and if a practice does have a high volume these should be reviewed and identified properly not automatically.

  16. Screening and prevention

    It would be nice if there were an easy way to see the most recent date of a prevention program on the main screen. Having to scroll all the way to the end is not the best way to know what is due. This could be accomplished by reversing the order in which the dates are listed.

  17. View Only User (Medical Information)

    Currently there is no role that can be assigned to a user that would allow them to VIEW medical information without being able to EDIT the medical information. I need to be able to assign users with the ability to look up any medical information on a patient, but not to be able to edit it.

  18. Full Screen Encounter

    This questions comes up every single time I go to train a new practice: "Why can't I maximize my encounter screen?"

    This would make a huge difference for providers, especially when moving through their Review of Systems and Objective screens within an Encounter Wizard/Builder. You cannot click anywhere else on the screen without closing the encounter anyways, so I do not see the reason for keeping the screen so small. Currently, you can expand the Objective list or ROS list by clicking on the magnifying glass, but then you have to right click on the individual sign or symptom, click…

  19. Messages attached to Med Info that is published to the Portal be saved into the patients chart

    Description of Request: Currently, if a physician publishes lab results to the portal for a patient and types up a message to go along wtih the results, that message cannot be seen or retrieved from the patients chart. When looking back at the patients chart you can see that a message was sent but have no idea the contents or detail of it.
    Expected Result: When opening up the Publish Log in the patients chart, we would see the actual item published along with the message sent.

  20. RX requested/sent to pharmacy

    In EMR; Prescriptions that are marked as phoned in and assigned to a person should be placed in the RX sent to pharmacy once the assignment is marked as completed. I believe once the assignment is completed the prescription is being sent to the pharmacy via telephone so they are no longer just a RX request
