    I can not stress enough how this needs to be done. While I do not mind having my full name at the bottom of pages printed when we are sending them to another doctor; I do not feel comfortable with patients having access to that. Especially in cases where we are discharging the patient for unacceptable behavior. Cutting the bottom of the page makes it look very unprofessional as well. If they can't take it away at least let users have the option of what they attach there name to.
