  1. attachment

    we get multiple hospital records for a patient that have to be attached to the transition of care. It would save a lot of time to be able to attach multiple attachments at one time.

  2. Merge Duplicate Specialists

    It would be great if there was a 'Merge' button available for duplicate specialist offices. This, of course, would not be something available to every user - only practice managers or administrators would have access to this function due to the fact that the duplicates would need to be mapped to the same ID#.
    It's easy to have several entries for the same specialist's office - this is frustrating to the referral coordinators when they see the same office listed multiple times; it's confusing and this could remedy that issue.

  3. Prevent Signing / Billing until Orders are complete

    To prevent billing errors and to help with new features like NDC mapping, we need the Encounter to be held up by orders that have not been completed (in a proper status denoting complete or updated billing flag if canceled/refused).
    The Provider should be notified when attempting to sign or send to billing they cannot due to outstanding orders (list the order please).

  4. Change display for Load Template Window

    When in the Encounter, you click the Load Template button. The window appears and it lists the Name, Date Created, and Created by. The last two columns are not useful over time. Knowing when it was last updated and by who would be helpful and increasing the name length and/or hover text because those are chopped off and not visible.

  6. Service Date as a Merge Field Option

    When creating a letter template, I would like to have Service Date as an option in the Merge Fields. We often use both the current and service dates in our letters. When we select "Write Letter", service date is one of the details to enter. It would be helpful if the software would insert this date in our letter.

  7. multiple patient chart report

    It would be helpful to print a chart report for multiple patients. If I have to print a number of patients charts where I want the same information for multiple patients, I have to click chart report ,search for a patient, click on Medical information, then click ok. I would like to select multiple patients or do an entire patient group.

  8. Have the ability to add a date range to many of the reports in EMR

    Have the ability/option to add date range to many of the reports in EMR. I have discovered many reports that have the information I need, but no date range is available, which gives me data that is outdated or not for the period of time I need.

  9. task manager

    Client request a task management tool in the EMR that allows for a doctor to send a request t o a team, and once issue is addressed, it is removed from the list of the team.

    Should be setup like Mail, but when sent to a group the items can be reviewed by one user and other users are able to see that the task has been addressed by another staff member.

  10. stock

    When administering a vaccine that is in stock management, practice would like a warning if the user did not hit the Deduct From Stock button. Practice has to report to the state of Ohio what vaccines they have used that were received from the state and they are not getting accurate data.

  12. Out of office settings

    Add an out-of-office setting option so when a staff member is out and someone sends them a Mail/Phone Message they receive an "out of office" message. When you have multiple clinics and over 150 staff, this is critical to responding. Mostly around providers communicating with nurses regarding patient data in a timely fashion.

  13. PLEASE ADD WORD PROCESSING TOOLS TO ALL FREE WRITE AREAS IN THE CHART NOTES.

    Word processing tools in the free write areas help to create a more professional look to the chart note when printed and sent to other providers, attorneys, state and local agencies, etc...
    Please add them to our free write areas in the encounter note templates.

  15. appointment day setup

    I would like to be able to pick appointment days and load these into customize the day. For example if one of my providers are changing their schedule just by a day for a vacation I could move that template. Meaning his normal Thursday day needs to be moved to a Wednesday. Instead of re creating this every time I could pick a day in customize the day.

  16. Desktop > Orders (save filter)

    Our workflow is to assign orders to a group and the nurse working with a certain provider will filter the Orders list.

    Need to be able to set a filter to only show orders from the provider staff will be working with that day. According to staff, as soon as the nurse leaves that window, the filter defaults back and is thus no longer filtering for orders.

    We use this workflow because it is much easier for the nurses to filter the provider orders than the provider to have to change every single order in an encounter based on staffing.

  17. Customize Care Plan Instructions

    We would like to be able to customize what prints on the care plans. For example, when a provider puts in a referral order the care plan says "Please call --XXXX to schedule your appointment." This does not reflect our workflow, but we do not have the ability to change this on the care plan.

  18. Labs

    Mark as viewed is missing from lab results this is requiring a 2 click step instead of one. Now I have to click view grouped then mark as viewed. When a mark as viewed option is in other areas such as desktop manager. This is greatly decreasing productivity. Sometimes there is only 1 lab. Please add

  19. Reoccurring orders in lab order section

    We need a "reoccurring order" button in the lab order section in the patient's chart. It's currently only an option from the encounter note. When you do reoccurring labs from the encounter note, it creates a separate order for every panel ordered. Example: provider wants a CBC, CMP, and TSH performed every three months. When ordered from the encounter note, it creates three separate orders every three months. This is a total of 12 orders in one year, where it should only create 4 orders in one year, with each order containing 3 panels. If you could add this button…

  20. Client name and pronouns update

    In order to be more gender affirming and inclusive, we should be able to search a client by their updated name, while having a separate section for their legal name (for insurance purposes). There must be a way to code it so that an encounter is sent through with their legal name for billing but their updated name is how we look them up in the system. We should also include a client's pronouns in the chart by their name, age, and DOB to prevent misgendering clients.
