Multiple Page DMS Settings
When you open a document in DMS and modify the settings (such as Zoom, Rotation, etc.) and then switch to another page in the document, all of these settings are reverted to the defaults. They should remain set per the user's choice while moving between pages.

Currently, when a user views a scanned document in DMS, it usually displays in large mode, and only the top 1/2 or 1/3 of the page is visible. So, the user has to scroll to see and read the entire document. If you change the zoom setting (+, - or Smart icons), it only applies to that page. If the document is 10 pages long, you have to resize each page. The next time you open the DMS and view a document, you have to go through the same steps. Can you make a preference setting in user preferences that sets the zoom at which all documents (including subsequent pages of a multipage document) open at the same zoom setting in the DMS window?
Requested Steps to define spec: Add a user preference for DMS view that allows a user to change the size at which a scanned page is displayed in the DMS. Every time the user accesses documents in the DMS, the document will open at the same zoom. For instance, if the user prefers to see one page in the window, representing one 8-1/2 x 11 page filling the window area, make this consistent display of the page settable as a user preference.
Expected Result: Zoom preference is settable by user in User Preferences area. Setting the preference here displays all documents viewed in the DMS at the same size.
Actual Result: Currently, the document displays such that 8-1/2 x 11 pages display so as to fill the width of the screen with the 8-1/2 dimension of the page, and the user then must scroll down to see the print lower on the page (at least the lower 1/2 of the page). Setting the zoom to show the whole page does not persist when the next page is shown, or the next document selected.
Impact on Workflow: A lot of clicks can be expended resizing documents. -

Description of Request: When doctor views scanned documents (or faxes), he opens the document, and it is very large on screen in the viewer. He has to press the magnifying glass (-) key 5 to 6 times to reduce the document to a manageable size. When he goes to the next page, the document again fills the screen, and he has to hit the magnifying glass (-) key 6 times to reduce it. If he checks every page of a 10 page document, he has clicked 60 times to reduce the document on each of 10 pages. This is too much clicking.
Expected Result: It would be nice to be able to set a size of a document in the window, and every time you open a document, it opens to that size in the window. The user could press magnifying glass (+) or (-) on any given document, but it would not affect the user preference setting.
Actual Result: There would be no excess clicks, other than those to select which document to view. The document would naturally present at the size the user wants it to present.
Impact on Workflow: Would make viewing documents much easier, and they could focus on the documents and their thoughts about them....not the mechanics of optimizing the document size with the viewing controls.
