I would like to request a feature request that would separate or (have like a subtotal time) when patients are checked out. Like I said before, the patients are checked out when we account for checked out status in the routing history. Wait times calculations should reflect true patient wait times and should stop at checked out. When doing random audits, and the provider has not signed the encounter, true wait time appears at the checked out status. But when the provider signs the encounter and it changes to seen today, the total waited is calculating the time it took the provider to sign. So, from an auditing perspective, it would be nice to have this feature and separate the checked out wait time (subtotal time) vs. total wait time to include the encounter being signed.
