create order as default
We would like for any procedure added in an encounter to default to create order always being checked. We have an issue where the boxes are unchecked for no apparent reason and lab tests are being missed or home health is being missed as a result

The problem comes in when a provider unchecks it either by accident. THey shouldn't need to check every time they order something if the box is checked

Although this is a good option, when the provider sees patients in different clinics and has to assign the orders to different staff/staff groups, expert settings defaults to how the last time the procedure was ordered and the staffing may be different. The expert settings will ignore the change made to the encounter tab and session profile location for the day. If we could have an override to include or update the order with the staff/staff group selected in user preferences, this option will work better. Thanks
