Outstanding Items Report (Phone Messages, Reminders, Medical Record Requests)
We need a report for the office managers to be able to view the list of outstanding issues (Phone Messages, Reminders, Medical Record Requests) in EMR of their staff

Administrative Function - Two-part Request:
1) Have an option similar to the CQM reports with line items that correspond with Desktop count items (such as Encounters, Pre-encounters (separately from encounters), Mail, Prescriptions, Test Results, etc.) where you can run on a per-user basis to see the total number of unresolved items for each count.
2) On the above report, enable the user to double-click the count of the specific Desktop item and to generate a report identical to the corresponding desktop item. For instance, if you double click on a number (say 13) for the number of open encounters, it should show a report that lists the 13 encounters with the exact information that the user/provider would see if they viewed that same option on their desktop.
