Indicator if a default in a cliniguide has been changed once the cliniguide is loaded
When documenting by exception, for example ROS, It would be very beneficial if when a cliniguide is loaded with defaults set - that changes to the defaults - are flagged in someway - such as a color change, or font change etc - so that providers reviewing can more easily see any findings outside of their cliniguide defaults.

I agree, the first time the user loads it after a change is made it would be nice if they received a notification "This Cliniguide has been modified since your last LOAD"! I also like the color designation afterward.
