We need a better reference for clients who want to do their own reporting. The zip file entitled "PM plus EMR_Files" I received when I requested a "Table Map" has been of marginal value. I need a document that outlines exactly what each column in each table is, what the data in it is (not just whether it's an integer or text field etc... but something like "Description of Laboratory Test Performed etc...), and where ALL of the links to the Key columns are. I waste an incredible amount of time searching for the data I need to run the reports requested by management. This would have the added benefit of offloading some of your support requirements.
