New/Open Encounter and Open OB Dashboard icons should be visible on the Scheduled Visits desktop for all OB Patients.

Requested Steps to define spec:

1. On Scheduled Visits on the Desktop
2. Select patient with OB indicator
3. For Medical Assistant to create the encounter, click on New Encounter
4. For Provider
a. to access the dashboard prior to opening the Encounter, click on Open OB Dashboard
b. Close the Dashboard and click on Open Encounter from the desktop
c. To access the Encounter only, click on Open Encounter
(There should be an option to turn off the Open OB Dashboard if the provider chooses to not use this icon)

Expected Result:
New/Open Encounter icon and Open OB Dashboard should be two separate icons on the desktop of Scheduled Visits. Providers shouldn’t have to

Current Result:

The Open Encounter icon overrides the Open OB Dashboard, which will defeat the purpose of having the Open OB Dashboard icon because the Providers do not create the encounters; the Medical Assistants creates the encounters. They shouldn’t have to access the OB Dashboard to create an encounter. The OB Dashboard is a separate from the Encounter,

Impact on Workflow:

This is time consuming also the Medical Assistant doesn’t need to see the OB Dashboard as much as the provider does.
