Add functionality to chart reports to attach specific documents from DMS
Description of Request: Client would like the ability to be able to add specific documents from DMS when printing a chart report.
Requested Steps to define spec:
1. Click on Chart reports from either the desktop tools or the chart tools
2. Choose the chart option
Expected Result: The client would like the ability within this window to not only specify what medical information should be included but also be able to specify documents stored within DMS.
Actual Result: There is no current functionality in the chart report area. There is an option to batch documents. But the client finds this to be cumbersome in that each time a chart report gets printed they have to batch that and the documents one at a time. They often repeat this process and don't find it to be efficient or user friendly.
Impact on Workflow: This office does a high volume of chart information out to other providers and find this feature cumbersome and inefficient.

Also allow the client to define a 'Chart Print' for the purpose of quickly producing a 'chart print on either paper or electronically' that would include standard items like: Printing from the electronic chart and defining certain DMS folders and then grabbing anything within a specified date range OR allowing client to state Print last ___ number of document in each of the following DMS folders and Print the last ____ number of patient visits including and allow user to define the categories to include (just as they can now).
