Current steps
1. Add any medication to the LTM list from Med Info section
2. Open a new encounter
3. Add the SAME prescription to medication section update the dosage frequency (I increased the units)
4. Once you filled out sig, click the Add to LTM shorcut
5. On the window that ask do you want to update, click YES
6. Window opens to Medications but does not update the section automatically.

When the user clicks the YES button to update they expect the system to update automatically, not for it to open the window for them to manually update it.
