The provider believes that in the Prescription Monitoring the pharmacy on the left side of the Prescription Processing window should match the pharmacy on the right side. The provider says that since this is a script sent in the past should reflect the pharmacy the script was actually sent to on both sides of the window.

First this will not be changed. The left side gives the last time a med was prescribed, if a there are multiple med with multiple differing pharmacies what would the match be on the right. The right is the primary pharmacy default in the chart. This is done since the usual practice process it checking this ahead of time during checkin or review so the prescriber doesn’t have to ask again and that is why we default that pharmacy on the right.
