After review with CAB, should not be added to the list automatically. Majority of these should be reviewed and identified properly not automatically.

allow the diagnosis to be timed off the list in a certain amount of time if it's acute

It takes 3 clicks to do this manually from note. Many Dx's are short term and don't belong on the problem list. Not clear how an "automatic" function would differentiate.
