Selecting what is on Patient Care Plan.

Doctor Akin would like to be able to select exactly what prints on his Patient Care Plan. He does not like that the diagnoses prints because he has some patients that disagree with his diagnoses. He also does not like that it shows the meds prescribed today along with their current meds because he says it confuses his patients.
Workarounds:
I created an encounter report that will print most of what they want, however, it doesn’t show what pharmacy the prescriptions were sent to and this is a big deal to this doctor.

This is in the planning area to meet stage II requirements which ask softwares to give the ability to select what is printed which was not the case in stage I.
