In the immunizations section users would like to be able to maintain a single row for an immunization. Take for example Influenza. The code for influenza changes from time to time. What users would like to be able to do is when a template is applied with a repeating schedule they would like to update the change in the code for that row. So in column one the code that year might have been ex. 90658 CVX 141. Next year they would like to administer the repeating immunization but be able to update the code to the new one for that specific one in the administer window (ex. 90686 CVX 150). Currently if the code changes a new line for the same immunization has to be added and this does not look good within the chart.
