EMR users would like a preference added that will default the Service Facility field to match the Performed in department field. Currently the only way to do this is manually select each time.

This is also true for New Encounter. A user preference would be great to default this per user. An alternative would be to tie the Performed in department to a Service Facility in the EMR Manager. This way the service facility could just be left blank saving the medical staff extra clicks.
