Patient Assigned to and identified by their location (drawn from PM )
Presently patient designated service site is indicated in PM. We would like to have that site indicated in EMR to we can see which is the main service location for a particular patient.
Our clinic operates in three different service areas and would like to be able to identify why a patient is from areas in the EMR where the patient's name appears.
